In Votkinsk, police officers detained activist Mikhail Sokolov, whom bailiffs believe is the author of an investigation into their activities. Sokolov himself informed OVD-Info about this.
According to him, law enforcement officers detained him due to the fact that he allegedly was not on the agenda. The activist states that he did not receive any summons. The police officers promised to show it to the department, but they never did. A few hours after the arrest, Sokolov was released.
The first case is related to the fact that Sokolov allegedly interfered with the enforcement proceedings, when they tried to seize the phone from his friend Ildar Zakirov, who is also considered the author of the investigation. The second case was opened in connection with the situation when Zakirov was in the conversation. According to Sokolov, then he was simply in a room in the building of the bailiffs' service, "where any person can be."
“All this is happening because they think that I am the author of an investigation video about their corruption. We talked with the deputy chief, who is also mentioned in the video, he said: “You shit on us - get an answer,” Sokolov said. * In early April, bailiffs took away the activist's phone because of an unpaid fine. They also tried to take the phone from Zakirov.
