In the St. Petersburg case, the Network appeared a new person involved - 26 -year -old left activist Julius Boyarshinov. This was announced on Wednesday evening by the OVD-info with reference to Olga Krivonos, a Politzek lawyer.
Boyarshinov was arrested back in January. Then he was charged with part 1 of Article 222.1 of the Criminal Code (illegal storage of explosives), which provides for up to 5 years of the colony, and he did not pass in the case of the "network". He became a defendant of this case only on April 11, when he was charged with a second charge - in part 2 of Article 205.4 of the Code (participation in the terrorist community), the sanction of which is from 5 to 10 years. In the case of the "network" Boyarshinov, he was attracted after he refused to testify several times against the previously arrested activists.
In detail the plot of the accusations against her client did not open, referring to the subscription of non -disclosure. At the same time, she spoke in detail about the pressure of the FSB on an activist.
Boyarshinov worked as an industrial climber. In 2010-2015, he was one of the organizers of the St. Petersburg "Free Fair" - events at which they give and take any things for free. Helped animal shelters.
On the evening of January 21, Boyarshinov was detained by the police in the Primorsky district of St. Petersburg. According to the ATS-Info, the detention was random: in the Primorsky district, anti-drug raids are regularly held, during which police operatives stop passers-by.
The activist was delivered to the city OP-53 and tried to interview. He refused to answer questions, referring to Article 51 of the Constitution. Then the operatives hit him several times in the stomach and in the face. The beating stopped when another policeman entered the office and demanded "not to arrange lawlessness."
As can be concluded from the publication, Boyarshinov was detained, because with him he found 400 grams of smoky gunpowder. This is a relatively weak explosive, which is a mixture of nitrate, wood carbon and sulfur. Usually smoky gunpowder is used for the manufacture of fireworks and manual equipment of cartridges. Boyarshinov has a hunting ticket, but there is no resolution to weapons. Why did the activist needed gunpowder, the lawyer Krivonos refused to clarify, explaining that this information is falling under the non -disclosure subscription.
January 22 in the house where Boyarshinov lived with his parents was a search. The security forces seized equipment, books and anarchist magazine "Autonomous". Then the detainee was taken to a medical examination in the Catherine Hospital. There, Boyarshinov conducted an MRI of the brain and took blood from Vienna. The doctors also recorded a hematoma and abrasion on the face, who remained after beating by the operatives. From the hospital, the detainee was taken to the IVS.
On the 23rd, the judge of the Primorsky District Court Elena Tsibizova arrested Boyarshinov for 30 days under Article 222.1 of the Criminal Code. Relatives of the detainee were not notified of the court; The lawyer Krivonos was then not yet entered the case, and the activist had a defender for their intended purpose. On February 19, the arrest of Boyarshinov was extended.
After the decision of the zibiz activist, the “Crosses-2” in Kolpina was placed in the pre-trial detention center-1. The cellmates immediately tried to talk Boyarshinov. “I am also sitting according to the article 222.1, tell me what, how,” they convinced. On the dusty glass of the camera, an anarchy sign was drawn.
On January 31, two FSB operatives, who were introduced by Kostya and Dima, came to Boyarshinov. Kostya was present during the search in the house of the activist. Visiters called the arrested surname of the defendants in the affairs of the "network" - as one can assume on the basis of the publication, not only of Petersburg, but also Penza - and a number of other names. However, Boyarshinov refused to answer questions, citing the same article 51 of the Constitution. “You make yourself worse - you’ll sit down,” the operatives threatened. Nevertheless, the activist did not succumb to threats.
On February 12, Boyarshinov was transferred from Krestov-2 to SIZO-6 in the village of Gorelovo to the village of Villosi of the Lomonosovsky district of the Leningrad region. This insulator has a torture reputation. In the resolution of the investigator of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Primorsky District, which conducted the case of storage of gunpowder, the translation was explained by the need for "conducting investigative operations."
In the pre-trial detention center-6, the prisoner placed a 35-seater camera, which, however, contained 40 people. Immediately upon arrival there, the cellmates beat Boyarshinov without any reason. Then, as a result of their threats, he was forced to remove in the cell, while all other prisoners went out for a walk.
Already on the 13th, FSB operatives again visited Boyarshinov. “We made you worse,” they remarked. “Let's say, otherwise the conditions of detention will still worsen.” Nevertheless, the activist refused to communicate again.
On March 2, the pre -trial detention center was visited by the members of the PMC. After the visit to Boyarshinov, operatives again appeared. On the same day, the activist was transferred to a 116 -seater camera, which contained about 150 people - recidivists accused of murders, rape and robberies. At first, Boyarshinov had to sleep on the floor.
At the same time, the investigative actions in the case of storage of gunpowder with Boyarshinov all two months of his stay in pre-trial detention centers were not carried out.
Torture current, unlike other defendants in the case of the "network", was not subjected to activist, Krivonos said. At the same time, she regarded the conditions of the detention of her client as torture. The lawyer added that the boyars suffers from chronic tonsillitis (inflammation of the tonsils) and under such conditions this disease is aggravated. The psychological state of Politzek worsened, Krivonos added.
On January 25, Ilya Kapustin, a witness in the Petersburg case of the Network, underwent torture. In mid -March, he emigrated to Finland and asked for political asylum there . Kapustin, who worked as a climber, is not related to the left movement. They grabbed and tortured him due to the fact that he called one of the defendants in the case of the "network" at work. Until now, the media reported that Kapustin talked with Viktor Filinkov , although he was a programmer by profession. Now Kapustin confirmed the ATS-info that he was not associated with Filinkov, but with Boyarshinov. “I called him approximately during his arrest (detention. - Ed.) To call to work - to lose snow from the roofs,” the emigrant said.
According to "Mediazons", the FSB charges Boyarshinov in one of the two St. Petersburg cells "Network" - "Jordan -SPB". In the same cell, according to the plot of the case, there were Igor Shishkin arrested in January, as well as the wife of Filinkov Alexander, who went to Finland on April 9 and applied for a political asylum in this country. Filinkov himself, according to the FSB, was in another St. Petersburg cell - "Marse Field". In the Jordan-SPB, the case says, Boyarshinov had a pseudonym Yura.
