On April 12, the Moscow City Court changed the verdict to the former head of the Ministry of Economic Development Alexei Ulyukaev only in terms of the ban on holding public positions. Ulyukaeva was sentenced in December 2017, accusing Igor Sechin’s head of Rosneft of Rosneft of Rosneft of extortion. The former minister calls the matter fabricated.
