The organizer of the rally “For a Clear Sky” was fined in Krasnoyarsk

The Oktyabrsky District Court of Krasnoyarsk fined Tatyana Protsykova, the organizer of the uncoordinated rally "For a Clear Sky", 10,000 rubles. About this writes “Siberia. Realities".

Protsykova was found guilty of holding a public event without filing a notice (part 2 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).

The woman told Siberia. Realii, that her lawyer provided the court with documents stating that the family had a difficult financial situation and had outstanding loans, and Protsykova herself was on maternity leave. According to the civil activist, the court met her halfway and reduced the amount of the fine to the minimum.

The organizer of the rally also added that after the court decision, the residents of Krasnoyarsk began to offer her their help - some of them transfer money to pay off the fine.

• After the end of the rally "For a Clear Sky", which took place on February 12, Protsykova received a call from a district police officer. He insisted that the woman come to the department and give explanations about the past event.
• Protsykova agreed to do this and told the policeman that she did not consider the past event a rally, since she simply expressed her disagreement with the pollution of the environment in the city. During a meeting with the district police officer, the woman noticed that he had a file of printed screenshots from her pages on various social networks.
• The woman was also summoned to the Investigative Committee as a witness because one of the participants in the event allegedly insulted the Minister of Ecology of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. Protsykova refused to testify without an official subpoena.

• Since the beginning of the year, Krasnoyarsk has introduced a “black sky mode” for the seventh time — a list of recommendations for local residents in connection with serious air pollution. Residents are advised to leave the city, and if this is not possible, go out less, do not ventilate the premises, wash floors more often, clear their throats and noses with saline.
