Interfax: providers will begin blocking Telegram from April 16

Roskomnadzor will begin blocking the Telegram messenger on April 16, a source familiar with the agency's decision told Interfax.

“Roskomnadzor will send Telegram addresses to unload for telecom operators to block the messenger on Monday,” the agency’s interlocutor said.
