In Volgograd, a court arrested activist Vladimir Telpuk for one day for posting on the VKontakte social network. This was reported by the "Caucasian Knot" with reference to the lawyer Alexei Andriyanov.
The court found Telpuk guilty of public demonstration of prohibited paraphernalia (part 1 of article 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).
According to the lawyer, the activist was accused because of a post on VKontakte with a photo of the leader of the Ukrainian movement Right Sector banned in Russia, Dmitry Yarosh, and his phone number. At the same time, Telpuk himself, as Andriyanov notes, was not even questioned. The lawyer claims that the activist holds anti-fascist views.
Public defender Anatoly Boltykhov noted that comments on the post were hidden, so it is not known what caption Telpuk placed under the photo.
According to the "Caucasian Knot", Vladimir Telpuk repeatedly participated in the "Walks of Free People". In addition, he was fined for taking part in the “Voters' Strike” action on January 28, although, according to activist Vladimir Kruglyakov, he did not even take part in it.
