Citizen of Ukraine Stanislav Klykh - defendant of the UNA -UNSO case, serving a period of 20 years 1 month in prison in Verkhneuralsk, Chelyabinsk region, - announced a hunger strike, demanding a transfer to another correctional institution. Klykh himself announced this in a letter to the correspondent of Novaya Gazeta Pavel Kanygin.
“The local food, unlike the one that was in the Grozny pre -trial detention center, is impossible - it is disgusting,” writes Klykh. At the same time, he does not explain why he achieves a translation from Verkhneuralsk.
Klykh complains about vision problems: "It is most difficult to overcome pain in the eyes - this is from a closed space, a lack of oxygen, nervous strain, in such conditions some prisoners lose their vision."
The Politzek complains about the inaction of the Ukrainian authorities: “For almost a whole year since the detention, the consuls“ did not know ”about my whereabouts and only after arriving in the Grozny pre -trial detention center began to visit me. How can I be satisfied with their“ efforts ”, if I am still not at home? Based on this, we can conclude that the situation controlled by a certain“ pool ”of media oligarchs and special services on both sides, which are, who are, which They decide who to release and whom to keep in prison. "
Klykh also writes that he was not an activist of the "Right Sector", but was part of the Party of Regions. “Therefore, I ask you not to consider me political prisoners in this regard - at the time of entry into the Russian Federation, I was quite loyal (apolitically) to the leadership of the Russian Federation and the Russian political system, which can not be said about my current ideas,” the letter said.
Klykh indicates that he came to Russia at the invitation of his mistress, in connection with which he asks him to call him not a political zoom, but a "sex tourist from Kyiv."
On February 6, Klykha was visited by lawyer Ilya Novikov and Ukrainian consul. According to the lawyer, the political prisoner looked “a little better” than before the transfer from Grozny, but he began to speak even more incoherently and could not hold attention to the same topic. “When in the fall he got from prison to the hospital, he was treated with glucose and cyclodol,” Novikov added.
On January 31, Roman Kachanovvisited Klych. According to the lawyer, his fears were caused by the mental state of the political prisoner: in a conversation with a lawyer, the Ukrainian intrusively talked about some fantastic events from the past "peaceful life". The mother of the political prisoner confirmed that he said that he had never happened. Klykh also complained about constant pain in the bones. Kachanov photographed already healed numerous deep damage to the skin on different parts of the Ukrainian body - these wounds are similar to traces of torture.
In December last year, lawyer Valery Kondratyev reported that Klykhi was forced to sleep on the floor due to too thin a mattress through which the metal details of the bunk appear. Kondratyev also reported that Klykh began to buy products in a prison stall, gained weight and "looks normal." Raps and wounds, which tormented the political prisoner in the fall, began to heal. In early November, it was reported that Klykh’s health worsened. After staying in late August - early September, the Politegorsk Politzeck formed in the FSINA PSTA in Magnitogorsk , and ulcers formed, several fingers refused, and the pressure decreased very much.
Klykh was sent to the mental hospital after a 12-day hunger strike. As a result of the hunger strike, hemoglobin fell and his heart and kidneys began to hurt. The Politzek submitted an application for senting internal organs, but instead he was sent to a psychiatric hospital. There, he told his mother on a date, he made three injections, after which his body was numb, and for six days he lost his understanding of what was happening.
The first time after returning to the prison, Klykh could not get up from the bunk. Only after the droppers did he feel better.
Klyu is 44 years old, he taught at the Kiev transport and economic college. On August 8, 2014, the Ukrainian was kidnapped in Orel and taken to the North Caucasus. There he was cruelly tortured , demanding to recognize the participation in the first and second Chechen wars. As a result of the torture, the Politzeck has developed a mental illness.
The verdict in the case of UNA-UNSO was issued on May 26, 2016 by the judge of the Supreme Court of Chechnya Vakhit Ismailov on the basis of a jury verdict. Klykh received 20 years with serving the first 9 years in prison, and the remainder of the term in a maximum security colony. The second person involved, the leader of UNA -UNSO Nikolai Karpyuk, was given 22 and a half years, of which he should also spend the first 10 in prison, and the subsequent ones in a maximum security colony.
Karpyuk was announced by the commander, and Klykh - the fighter of the Viking detachment, who in December 1994 - January 1995 allegedly fought with the Russian military in Grozny in the territory of the presidential palace, as well as on the square and the railway station.
At the trial, both defendants rejected the guilt, noting that they were given confidence in the investigation under torture. In fact, neither Klykh nor Karpyuk were in Chechnya before arrest.
Nevertheless, on October 26, 2016, the collegium of the Supreme Court of Russia, as part of Peter Kondratov, Viktor Smirnov and Alexander Botina, left the sentence to the Political Zeads unchanged .
Meanwhile, in April 2016, a new case was opened against Klykh -about the insult of the prosecutor of the criminal-subordinate department of the prosecutor's office of Chechnya Salambek Yunusov, who supported the charges of Una-UNSO. When, at one of the meetings, Yunusov petitioned Judge Ismailov to extend the deadline for the detention in the pre -trial detention center, the official began to interrupt the official with curses to him.
Lawyer Marina Dubrovina explained the behavior of the political zoom with a mental illness.
On November 21, 2016, the judge of the Zavodskoy District Court of Grozny Aslambek Shaipov sentenced Klykh to 240 hours of compulsory work, replacing them with one month of the colony. On December 28, the Supreme Court of Chechnya, ignoring the arguments of the defense, confirmed the verdict . Politzek himself did not plead guilty.
