On April 15, the 24th ceremony of presenting the Golden Mask national theater award was held on the new scene of the Bolshoi Theater in Moscow. In the directorial nominations in the categories of "Drama" and "Opera", the laureates of the award were Yuri Butusov and Kirill Serebrennikov.

In the acting nominations in the Drama category, Alla Demidova won (“Akhmatova. Poem without a hero” / Gogol Center, Moscow) and Vyacheslav Kovalev (Ben, “Exile” / Theater Vl Mayakovsky, Moscow).

The best opera performance was Billy Badd (Bolshoi Theater, Moscow), the prize to the best conductor was awarded to Oliver von Dokhnanya ( Passenger / Opera and Ballet Theater, Yekaterinburg), the prize to the best composer - Alexei Syumaku ( “Cantos” Theater of the opera and ballet named after P.I.
