The judge of the Simferopol district court of the annexed Crimea for the Berber extended the defendant of the case of extremism Ismail Ramazanov for a pre -trial detention center for another month - until May 18. It is reported by "Crimean solidarity."
The investigator of the district department of the Investigative Committee (previously reported that the case was conducted by the official Alice Glukhova) at the hearing claimed that Ramazanov could hide in case of softening a preventive measure. At the same time, Politzek himself noted that he would not have such an opportunity, because during the search, the security forces seized his passport.
The lawyer of Agora Alexei Ladin insisted on the transfer of his client under house arrest.
However, Berberov ignored the arguments of the Politzek and his lawyer.
At the beginning of the hearing, Ladin petitioned that Ramazanova be released from the glass cage, noting that such an appeal humiliates the honor and dignity of the politicalese. The judge refused the petition.
The 31-year-old Muslim Ramazanov, a resident of the village of New World, was detained on the morning of January 23 at the end of a search in his house, which began at night. After the detention, the security forces from the FSB repeatedly subjected the Crimean to beatings. The next day, Ramazanov was sent to a pre -trial detention center .
Politzeku was imputed part 1 of Article 282 of the Russian Criminal Code (excitement of national and religious hatred or enmity), which provides from 2 to 5 years in the colony. According to the plot of the case, in September - October last year, Crimean conducted extremist propaganda through the Zello Internet.
The only evidence of the investigation at the time of the arrest of Ramazanov was the conclusion of a linguistic study carried out by the expert of the FSB on the annexed Crimea and Sevastopol Ilya Vinogradov ( he previously conducted examinations on the affairs of Suleiman Kadyrov and Igor Movenko). Meanwhile, the Politzek denies that the statements appearing in the case belong to him. In addition, although during a search of the Crimean, a mobile phone and a tablet were seized, no evidence that Ramazanov launched Zello on these devices, the investigator Glukhov did not.
Investigator Glukhova brought Ramazanov to Ramazanov in a violation of the deadlines: in accordance with the Russian Code of Criminal Procedure, the accusation of the arrested is charged within 10 days from the date of detention, otherwise he is subject to immediate release. In February, at a hearing about extending the political zet of arrest, lawyer Ladin drew the attention of the judge to this circumstance , noting that according to Part 1 of Article 100 of the Code (election of a preventive measure for the suspect), the content of Ramazanov in the pre -trial detention center after 10 days after the detention was, in principle, illegal. The judge did not take into account the arguments of the lawyer.
