The detainees reported that they were being taken to the Meshchansky police department. The employee reports that the police took everyone who picked up the airplane to the paddy wagon.

They took explanatory notes from the detainees and told them that protocols would be drawn up against them under Part 2 of Article 20.2 of the Administrative Code (organization of an unapproved public event).
