The police rewrote the protocols on the administrative offense at three participants in the “Reading the Constitution” campaign, detained on March 12 on the Triumphal Square. A notification of the re -qualification of articles came to activists a week ago. Possible sanction in Part 8 is much tougher than 5 parts: it can be a fine of up to 300,000 rubles, mandatory work up to 200 hours or arrest up to 30 days. At the same time, 5 parts of the offender can give up to 40 hours of work or a fine of up to 20,000 rubles. The notifications indicated that the case file was corrected and sent to the Tver court for consideration.

And today Belousov came a notification that tomorrow he is obliged to appear in the Police Department of Tverskaya to familiarize himself with these very corrections in the case. The document says that otherwise he is threatened with a forced drive.

Seven people were detained on March 12 after reading the Constitution on the Triumphal Square. The reason for the detention was the provocation of the participants of the SERB movement. On a member of the PEC with a decisive vote of Valery Nadezhdin except the protocol under Part 5 of Art. 20.2 Administrative Code drew up a protocol under Art. 20.1 Code of Administrative Offenses (petty hooliganism).
