Now in Kemerovo, examinations are ongoing in the case of fire and identification of victims. -Humanly, as you think, who is responsible for this terrible tragedy?

- What are they saying about this tragedy in Kemerovo? Who is they blamed? Who is cursed? Or do people just grieve?

- They blame, of course, the Ministry of Emergencies, the administration of the "winter cherry" that everything was so neglected that the person who came for the first time would physically not be able to get out of there. And under the conditions that our children were locked, it was simply impossible. The emergency exit was closed. At that time, when they could use it and escape, he was closed. All this in the media commented. Only one person escaped from this cinema.

- The funeral will pass, people will receive payments. Do you think this tragedy will teach someone something? Will there be any conclusions from it?

- I don't know. I cannot evaluate the actions of our authorities. Maybe there will be some conclusions, or maybe everything will remain as before. I am an ordinary person who lived, rejoiced at life, I raised my daughter, raised my son, brought up grandchildren. And now I lost everything. I don't want to live. I don’t want to live, ”says Nadezhda Vostrikova.

A resident of Kemerova Olga lost her friends in a fire. According to her, most people are worried that the authorities can hide the cause of the tragedy and the number of dead:

The mood is that we will never know the truth

- The mood in the city is such that we will never know the truth. This is the most depressing people, ”says Olga. - People would like to know if the door to the cinema hall was closed. Secondly, I would like to know the exact number of victims. People are surprised that the documents have been preserved, money, but there is no phone. They ask me - why do they give documents, but there is no phone? I say - because it was overwhelmed when the roof crumbled. I have no other explanation. As for the causes of the tragedy, Kemerovo is now preferred to be silent about this. We are waiting for how the investigation will end. We are so tired of gossip, conversations ... Psychologically, everyone puts himself in the place of the dead. Everyone could be there. We have too small city. We have a population of the city of 500 thousand people. This could affect absolutely everyone, ”says Olga.

A resident of Kemerovo lawyer Rasim Yaraliev in a fire killed children of a best friend - 5 and 10 years old. Rasim is an activist, a member of the spontaneously organized initiative group of residents who initially did not trust the authorities about the number of dead:

“In principle, today I believe that the investigation is moving in the right direction,” Racim says. - They meticulously engage not only in the collection of the materials that remained after the fire. There was no coordination of all actions. This is all studied. This is one side of the investigation. But the most important thing is the causal relationship of the fire itself. It was installed, and this also coincides with my point of view that all this happened from the overload of the power line. The cables that took place inside the building from the shield to the supply equipment (a lot of attractions, children's slot machines) - this all had a large load. Why was the alarm turned off on the 19th? The alarm was turned off due to the fact that the sensors recorded the smell of smoke, but they could not find where, how, because there was no visual smoke, since it was all under the ceiling: a power cable passed between the ceiling and the ceiling. And it is clear that he, like a fiery rain, poured on top. Why it all caught fire instantly, because the isolation smoldered for a long time, more precisely, it was almost a week in a burning state for almost a week. And then it was ignited sharply and, accordingly, everything caught fire and fell from above.

- Do you think who is responsible for this?

- I know these points of separation of the boundaries of responsibility. Bringing cables to the building - energy supplying organizations are responsible for this. And now from the section of the borders between SKEC ( North Kuzbass energy company.-RS ) and the owner of the building to the outlet, which is given to the tenant for connection, is responsible for the owner. For internal communications, the owner is responsible.

- Now the investigation is underway: the owner of the building is detained, a representative of the fire service was detained, and a security representative was detained. Do you have the feeling that the switchmen are detained?

- I think that first of all, persons who directly operate this building and bear direct responsibility for the load were detained. There was carelessness by the owner, as well as greed and irresponsibility on the part of the tenant, everything is applied correctly. Here I agree with them. As for the supervisory authorities. The supervisory authorities are representatives of the people who guarantee security in the receipt of these services. They all must be liable, including an energy supplying organization. Why? Because they see these overloads, they understand the volume that they convey. This is the city center. There was a plant. Electricity consumption was less than now this new building. They tried, according to my information, to bring an additional power line. They got or did not get - I do not know. And the fact that they tried was not enough power, I know that.

-Will there be any conclusions from this whole terrible story?

40 children's lives we paid for negligence and corruption

- Conclusions must be drawn. The fire happens momentary. It also burns quickly. But the proceedings go for a long time. This case should be a little time. Why? Because the investigation has not yet been completed. A lot of information that we do not know. This is the most expensive price that we paid for negligence and corruption that we have in our country. We paid 40 children's lives for this irresponsibility.

- What are the city saying about the tragedy now? What are the moods of people?

There is no trust in the authorities. It was the last drop

- Of course, there has been no trust in power for a long time. It was the last drop. But now they say the most in the city about the new governor, about the movement of the old governor Aman Tuleyev, who did not lose power, but remaining in power, only on the other side. He can contribute and help the team that he left behind. And also our new and. O. Governor Sergei Tsivilev. He does not have a team. He understands that there is nothing to build anything with the old team.

“But there was confidence in power after this tragedy happened?”

- With honor, one person who took the whole blow to himself, performed on behalf of the authorities and apologized to people, although he works for only a month. This is Sergey Tsivilev. I was just a witness to the emotions that poured on him from the side of the parents who lost several children. There are not one family there. You understand, these nervous breakdowns. He stood facing his face and took the whole thing. Well, about the rest I can tell you that this old team was simply indifferent. They did not believe that something could happen. They thought that their work was that they occupy positions, receive a salary and have some status and position. That's all.

- As I understand it, this tragedy has touched your friends, they had children ...

- Yes, a boy and a girl. 5 and 10 years. The bodies are not yet identified. The investigation is still working on the remains. As far as I knew, they even pushed back the establishment of the remains of disaster in Domodedovo, which was, the An-48. Of course, the most difficult picture was here when Tsivilev stood in front of the parents who said: "Give us at least something to bury us."

And so they promised to resolve all these issues somewhere for a month. Because, in fact, do not even determine what exactly the ashes from. It is very scary and difficult. There was even such a moment when, through the hole that was cut out in the hall, the garbage in which people burned out, the parents were very outraged: “You will wait for the garbage! Maybe you throw the remains of our children. We would first decide and get our own,” said Rasim Yaraliev, a resident of Kemerova.

A fire in the Winter Cherry shopping center in Kemerovo occurred on March 25. The fire arose on the fourth floor where the cinema halls were. According to the latest data, 64 people were killed in a fire, including more than 40 children, there are also hospitalized and missing.
