The rest of those detained at the rally - Lyudmila Sukova, Alexander Sofeev, Heinrich von Desteo, Stepan Vyboch, Alisa Gordeeva, Yegor Eremeev, Olga Savchenko and Sonya Trofimova - were released from the police department pending trial. Two more - Alina Muzychenko and Yulia Kostenko - were fined 10 and 20 thousand rubles.

The protest against the blocking of Telegram took place on April 16 at the Solovetsky Stone. Participants gathered to launch paper airplanes into the FSB building. Soon they were all detained and left overnight at the Meshchansky police station. Open Russia lawyer Alexander Efimov, representing the interests of the detainees, says that protocols were drawn up against all of them under Part 1 of Article 20.2.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (organization of a mass simultaneous presence of citizens in public places that is not a public event, which resulted in a violation of public order)
