The fact that the BZ, consisting of armies of a number of NATO members, including the United States and Great Britain, was applied against the Skripals, said the head of the Russian Foreign Ministry Sergei Lavrov on April 14. He referred to the laboratories in the Swiss city of Spitz, whose employees allegedly "on condition of confidentiality" reported their conclusions to Moscow.

Meanwhile, the Laboratory administration in Spitz on the same day stated that she did not question the conclusion of its colleagues from the defense research laboratory and technologies of the British Ministry of Defense, who found out that the Skripals were poisoned by the Russian poison of Novice .
