The Meshchansky District Court of Moscow appointed 100 hours of compulsory work to Dmitry Tsorionov (Enteo), who was detained at a rally in front of the FSB building against the blocking of telegrams. It is reported by Mediazona.
Enteo was found guilty under Part 1 of Art. 20.2.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (Organization of mass simultaneous stay and movement of citizens in public places that have caused a violation of public order).
“I did not react to the remarks of pedestrians, continued illegal actions, and was the organizer in the Facebook group. Guilt is confirmed by the protocol and written explanations of the police, ”the judge read out the decision.
The court considered that Enteo interfered with the passage of citizens and access to the administrative building, and the event was massive.
Earlier, the same punishment was imposed on another participant in the action, Maria Alyokhina.
