
The Yegor Gaidar Foundation, with the information support of Novaya Gazeta, continues the cycle of public lectures “In the city of Living”, dedicated to the problems of modern post -Soviet cities.
The second lecture of the cycle will be read by the ordinary professor of NIU HSE, acting Dean of the Higher School of Urbanism, Director of the Institute of Economics of Transport and Transport Policy Mikhail Blinkin. The expert will talk about how the modern technological revolution led to the third radical transformation of the formats of transport mobility of citizens over the past 400 years. Carchering from the exotic affiliation of university campuses becomes a mass urban service and in the coming years can completely replace a personal car. How will Russian cities enter the brave new world of “mobility 4.0” and how will this mobility change the appearance of our cities in the near future?
