As a result of the actions of the security forces, the rally did not take place. Gorenkov, the applicant of the action, was detained in Kemerovo on Friday evening. He was taken to the police and forced to sign a certain paper with a warning about the "responsibility for violation of the law" during the rally.

The activist filed a notification of the rally on April 13. The rally was directed against Tuleyev and at the same time in support of the acting governor Sergei Tsivilev.
