A terrorist attack in Kabul: 48 dead

In Kabul, the suicide bomber arranged an explosion at the center of registration of voters, reports BBC News. According to updated data, 48 people were killed, 112 were injured. The terrorist with the "belt of Shahida" exploded in the crowd at the entrance to the center located in the Dashte-Barchi area in the west of the Afghan capital.

Among the dead there are many women and children, reports Reuters.

The Islamic state took responsibility for the attack. The corresponding application is published by the AMAQ news agency.

In Afghanistan, voters are registered to participate in parliamentary elections scheduled for October. In April, at least four attacks were made to the registration centers.
