A shooting occurred at an American restaurant in Nashville. Four people died

A shooting took place at the Waffle House restaurant on the outskirts of the city of Nashville, Tennessee, USA, as a result of which at least four people were killed and four more injured, reports News Channel 5.

According to preliminary data, the shooter was a man with a short haircut. He fled the scene after one of the visitors knocked the weapon out of his hands.

The car he drove was registered to Travis Reinking, 29, from Moreton. The assailant was reportedly wearing only a coat.

The incident happened at approximately 3:25 local time. The reasons for the attack were not reported. The police began searching for the shooter.
