Russian users complain that they cannot enter not only on the website of the search engine. Roskomnadzor explained the reasons for blocking the IP addresses of the search engine and other Google services.

At the same time, users note that they cannot enter not only the search engine site, but also in Google mail and resources associated with the search engine.

Problems with Google in Russia as of 1.20 Moscow time registered the Downdetector.com monitoring site, and the most serious problems arose in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kazan, Izhevsk and Krasnoyarsk. The head of the Diphost Provider Philip Kulin on his page on the social network Facebook announced that Roskomnadzor began to ban the site www.google.com . Kulin created an informer for tracking the blocking of IP addresses Google. According to him, as of 9.00 Moscow time, more than 60 IP addresses of the search portal are in unloading.

The department explained the blocking of Google IP addresses by the fact that the company did not satisfy the requirements of Roskomnadzor and, in violation of the ship's verdict, continues to allow Telegram Messenger Limited Partnership to use its IP addresses to carry out activities in Russia.

Earlier, Google said that he had disconnected the possibility of bypassing locks through his domain. It was a prohibition of the company of dummies, which allowed to mask the blocked domain name to the domain of another service. Since April 16, operators in Russia, by decision of Roskomnadzor, began blocking the Telegram messenger.

Telegram blocking problems

On April 13, the Tagansky District Court of Moscow decided to limit access to Telegram in Russia for refusing to provide the Federal Security Service for decorating users. However, despite all the efforts of the supervisory authority, the messenger continues to work, and his audience even increased.

As the head of Roskomnadzor explained, Telegram began to use new IP addresses, receiving them from the cloud services of Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud. Due to the fact that the messenger changed the address very quickly, the department was forced to block them with whole bullets.

As a result, sites that were not related to Telegram but used the addressing of Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud fell under the lock. In particular, the access problems of access to the English language learning Skyeng and the Viber messenger were experienced.
