The peace judge of the 52nd section of the 52nd section of the Kirovsky district of Crimea Yana Gureev sentenced Zarem Kulametov - the mother of the Crimean Tatar activist Heraya Kulametov - by 250 hours of compulsory work in the case of insulting the policeman A. Rogozhin. It is reported by "Crimean solidarity."
In addition, Gureeva partially satisfied the civil lawsuit filed by Rogozhin to compensate for non -pecuniary damage, obliging the convicted person to pay the security forces 20 thousand rubles.
Kulametova was announced guilty under Article 319 of the Russian Criminal Code (insulting a representative of the authorities).
In the debate of the parties that previously held on Monday, the prosecutor demanded for the defendant 300 hours of compulsory work. He also asked to fully satisfy Rogozhin’s lawsuit - the police officer insisted on paying him 50 thousand rubles.
In turn, lawyer Emil Kurbedinov insisted on an acquittal. He pointed out that the investigation was carried out one -sided. In particular, the lawyer noted, the police did not conduct a linguistic examination of the statements imputed by his client.
Among the activists who appeared in the court to support Kulametov, was a member of the Theodosia Regional Majlis Suleiman Kadyrov , who in March convicted of two years conditionally in the fabricated case of separatism.
On January 18 of this year, at 6:45 in the morning, the security forces appeared at the house of Gerai Kulametov in the Old Crimea for the "examination of the home". After the search, the activist was delivered to the Kirovsky regional police department. There, a protocol was fabricated on it under Article 20.29 of the Russian Administrative Code (production and distribution of extremist materials). The claims of the security forces caused a certain video published by Kulametov in 2012, that is, even before the annexation of Crimea, as well as the photo of crossed black and white flags - the symbolism of Hizb Ut -Tairer.
A large group of fellow countrymen approached the department along with the relatives of the activist. However, the duty officer lied to them, saying that Kulametov was not in the building. “They specially do this so that people disperse,” Mustafa Seydaliev explained to the “facets”. Meanwhile, part of the activists, fearing that their comrade was abducted, like in the fall of Renat Paralamov , they were going to begin urgent searches. Then there was a conflict between Kulametov’s mother with Rogozhin.
As a result, the security forces confirmed that the detainee is in the department.
Later on the same day, the judge of the Kirovsky District Court controlled by Russia, Roman Mikhailov arrested Kulametov for 10 days .
The initiation of the case against the mother of the activistbecame known on February 4 . The trial began on March 20 .
Earlier, the case under the 319th article of the Russian Criminal Code was opened against the Simferopol activist Shevkete Razzakov. The claimed, in April 2017, during searches in Bakhchisarai, he spat in the sniper of the Russian Guard A. Shabelnik and scolded him with obscenities. Razzakov himself does not admit guilt. On January 23, the trial of the activist began. The trial in violation of Article 241 of the Russian Code of Criminal Procedure (publicity) is closed from the public. The "victim" Shabelnik appeared at the hearing in the mask .
On Monday, the prosecutor also requested 300 hours of compulsory work for Razzakov. The sentence is scheduled for April 24.
