In Kolomna, the police detained two protests against the import of garbage to the local landfill landfill. This was reported in the telegram channel "There is no landfill in Kolomna."
Today, according to the authors of the channel, the situation with garbage has sharply aggravated. Activists noticed that garbage from other cities would import garbage from other cities into the territory of landfills. The mayor of Kolomna urges protesters to stop protests and allow the landfill to take garbage in at least some quantities. Prior to the start of protests, according to activists, the norms for the permissible number of new garbage were exceeded by 18–20 times, and now the authorities are urging to agree to exceed 10 times.
Local residents opposing the resumption of garbage import, overlap the passage to the landfill, but the police pushes them so that the trucks can pass on waste. Two activists were detained - police officers want to draw up administrative protocols on them under the Code of Administrative Offenses on violation of the rules of the road.
