Alexandra did not suit this, and in recent years he has been trying to take away the children from his ex -wife, and Svetlana is trying to hide from Alexander: from his parents, in the crisis center of Vologda and an impromptu alarm of copper plates. When asked why Svetlana returned home from a crisis center, she confidently replies:

Recently, Svetlana underwent surgery to remove a cancer tumor from the thyroid gland - the disease broke the hormonal background, the woman is at times too emotional. Alexander accuses Svetlana of teaching the children to extinguish the fire at home, for which she made fire in the bathroom - where there were dark traces of soot. Grigory Polyakov, head of the guardianship and trusteeship of Vologda, gave in the regional court the testimony that Svetlana staged him an explanation: he and her children put chemical experiments and she taught them to extinguish the fire. “I told him directly that there would be a statement. The fairy tale grew up by a couple of new characters, but most of all the performer was a Kolobok song. Just at that moment the youngest child woke up - three -year -old Igor went down to breakfast.

“Look, what a scar is on our forehead, like Harry Potter’s,” says Svetlana, running a hand over his son's forehead.

Then violence, then honeymoon

Svetlana and Alexander met on the Internet on December 14, 2008. Svetlana recalls that Alexander attracted her with determination and thoroughness of intentions: “I had to have three dates that day. At the first there was a man who offered champagne and sex in the entrance. At the next date, he ( Alexander - approx. TD ), against the background of the first, he made such a pleasant impression that I did not go on the third date. Now I think that it was there that a really good man was waiting for me, ”recalls Svetlana. According to her, Alexander very quickly spoke about the children, they began to prepare for pregnancy, and began to lead the common economy. Svetlana moved to him, in her apartment at that time there was a repair. “In the end, we got married two months before the birth of the first -born,” recalls Svetlana. “I only later found out that he was pulling, because he had to record the summer cottage on himself, but not to be issued as a acquired in marriage.”

According to Svetlana, Alexander's friends said that "sometimes happens to him." When the first son was to be born, a dispute broke out between the spouses: Alexander did not want to let his wife give birth to a hospital: “But I still left, the first child, you never know what. But at least he allowed the midwife to bring. ” After the birth of her first son, Svetlana fell out of work for two months: “Although I even worked in the maternity hospital, I was on the phone, I had my own business - a bureau of translations,” the woman says. At the time of her absence, she found a replacement for herself - a girl who eventually took away from Svetlana almost all customers. Svetlana decided to invest in her husband’s business - several times increased the income of the enterprise for the repair of tower cranes: “Even when I was lying with my first son, I read a book about the tower cranes and studied the issue,” Svetlana smiles. In parallel, Svetlana continued to earn extra money in order to pay a mortgage for her apartment, in which her husband refused to invest. “When he found out that I had no money, we quarreled terribly, he actually abandoned us, and I and I left my parents. And then - in 2010 - he made the first attempt to take my son from me, intimidating me with a psychiatric hospital and a criminal case, ”recalls Svetlana. But the spouses managed to make peace: Alexander convinced Svetlana that he realized everything: “It is interesting that in April we made peace with him, but in May he still insisted on divorce - such as from the principle. And then it turned out that at that time we built the bath together, ennobled the site in the country, but - out of marriage, so I can’t apply for it, ”Svetlana smiles sadly.

For almost two years they lived in a divorce. But the family went to the resort, Alexander convinced Svetlana that everything was fine, that they needed a second child. Svetlana became pregnant. “I then read it that there are such cycles in violence: either violence, then the so -called honeymoon. And so, women in the memoirs hold on to these honey months, ”says Svetlana. The marriage was again issued two days before the birth of the daughter. “And after that the pressure began. He told me that I was sick and fat, that no one needs me, - Svetlana says still calmly. - With money, too, everything was cunning. It seems that we had money, even to the resort. According to Svetlana, talking about money sometimes ended that Alexander locked her with the children in the apartment and went hunting, taking Svetlana's passport just in case. Talking about divorce began again. “I gripped. I sold my apartment, then we bought this, putting maternity capital into it. But one quarter of the apartment belongs to the former. But he never gave a share of his son, ”says Svetlana. Alexander himself explains this like this: “I suggested that it give my part to her alimony many times, but for some reason she refuses.”

When the issue with the parting of the spouses was finally resolved, Alexander took the eldest son and took him to the cottage, where he, according to Svetlana, lived in the bath for four months.

Wherever I complained, but everyone told me that he is dad, how to ban him, ”the woman is indignant. It was possible to return the child only by complying with Alexander’s requirements: to pick up a statement from the police, not to claim alimony and return to him. Svetlana said that she was ready to live together, but not as a husband and wife: “I agreed to wash and cook for him, but all this time I had to hold a siege: he demanded the fulfillment of marital duty. There were ... violent actions. It was already bad with the money then, but I was still able to send my daughter to the kindergarten, and the eldest to school, although he wanted me to deal with them myself. ” Svetlana tried to complain about the violence of her husband, but they waved that they would not climb into marital affairs. And Svetlana escaped - to her parents in the city of Bui.

That's what she taught them

Alexander appeared very quickly there. Svetlana says that he tracked her iPhone through the application. When the ex -wife left on business, Alexander went to take the children from his grandfather with his grandmother. Svetlana's father tried to stop the man, then Alexander splashed into his eyes from the pepper spray. When Svetlana’s mother was in his way with the words that she would not let him in, he sprayed her eyes.

According to Alexander himself, he did not touch anyone with his hands, the elderly fell themselves while they ran after him. In any case, as a result of the fall, Svetlana's mother broke her hand. “Then, the police were asked how I myself think whether I acted like a man. I think it was a manly way to hit, but then then they would immediately start a criminal case on me, but they need it. It just didn’t have to run after me, I would take the elder and give money to the youngest. It just didn’t have to touch me, ”Alexander explains.

He claims that initially the conflict with his wife happened because of her work: “She decided to write books, let me read, but I honestly told her that this is nonsense, so she was offended,” the man said. In his opinion, Svetlana sets up children against him: “They, as they see me, immediately scream and run away. That's what she taught them, ”the father of three children states. And adds: “She's crazy, did you read her blog in general? He writes fairy tales about some swan who talks to demons. He calls himself an introvert. And she has no scissors, so she again cut her hair with a knife, did you read to her in VKontakte? Read, ”Alexander says enthusiastically.

Since the final break, he comes to his ex-wife only with the camera and "preferably with someone else." Svetlana said that the last time Alexander broke the lock on the front door when he came with his friend, who also had a camera. “Well, yes, broke,” confirms Alexander. -Well, this is my apartment, too, I have the right to break. Then we asked her to open it in a good way, she did not open it, I had to do it. We entered, she and the children immediately screams, began to throw everyone into me. In order to stop this ugly hysteria, I had to quickly look around and leave. ”

Litigation

According to Alexander, he needs a video as evidence in court - to defend himself from unfair accusations. The director of the crisis center Olga Tarlakov, Alexander even sued himself in the case of slander and, according to the woman, now writes to her SMS with threats, hinting that he has a “roof”. Alexander claims that all the words of Tarlakova, including the accusations of attacking her and threatened - lies: “She accused me of being beaten. And he just ran up the stairs and fell. Svetlana, too, has repeatedly declared the police about attacks and beatings from her ex -husband. А вдруг меня убили?» — возмущается Светлана.

Когда Светлана заявила об этом в полиции, там посмотрели на ее синяки и ответили: «Ну, 116 статья — декриминализована».

7 февраля 2017 года президентом был подписан федеральный закон, согласно которому за нанесение побоев или совершение иных насильственных действий в отношении близких исключается уголовная ответственность. По словам директора кризисного центра для женщин Вологды Ольги Тарлаковой, последствия у принятия такого закона чудовищные: «Статистику это, может, и улучшило, но руки домашним насильникам только развязало», — считает она. Светлана тоже говорит: «Они мне так и заявляют: «Вы же не покалечены». То есть, пока я хотя бы ползти к ним могу, они ничего не сделают».

Сейчас у Светланы есть адвокат, которого ей предоставила правозащитница Мари Давтян. На Александра заведено общее дело по нескольким статьям: части первой статьи 119 (Угроза убийством или причинением тяжкого вреда здоровью — прим. ТД), усеченной части 1 статьи 117 (Причинение физических или психических страданий путем систематического нанесения побоев либо иными насильственными действиями — прим. ТД) и по части 1 статьи 296 (Хулиганство, то есть грубое нарушение общественного порядка — прим. ТД). «Примерно через 50 заявлений дело возбудят, ещё через 50 оно пойдёт в суд. Доказательства не нужны, так как, если заявлений много, пусть и от одного лица, они сами по себе уже есть доказательство. Увы, это так, и мой случай тому яркий пример — она написала на меня около 120 заявлений за год. В СССР это называли кверулянтство, сейчас же такие люди заметно добавляют работы органам», — объясняет Александр. Ему разрешено общаться с детьми только по Skype дважды в неделю, что Александр называет издевательским решением суда: «Она не даёт мне с ними поговорить, врывается в разговор, в итоге я общаюсь не с детьми, а с ней». Параллельно решается вопрос с разделом имущества: «Мне адвокат посоветовал не спускать ему с рук то, что он нас обирает. Мне-то его машины-гаражи не нужны, мне важно, чтобы мы с детьми могли чувствовать себя в безопасности», — объясняет Светлана. И напоследок говорит: «Я себя считаю везучим человеком. Многим гораздо хуже, а я жива, я не в психушке, которой меня столько раз пугали. Главное — я с детьми».

«Если бы даже я сделал что-то плохое, ребёнок уже должен был забыть, у детей не такая длинная память, если бы им не напоминала Зиновьева вечно», — уверен в своей правоте Александр.
