Amazon online store announced the start of delivery of orders to user cars. The service is so far available only for owners of certain brands of cars in 37 cities of the United States.
The Amazon Key In-Car service is working with the 2015 General Motors and Volvo production machines or newer. These machines have a remote access function that the courier uses to open and lock the car.
According to the Vice President of Amazon for the delivery of Peter Larsen, the company is satisfied with the reviews of the delivery of orders home in the absence of the owners, and wanted to "take the idea outside the houses."
