The Presidium of the Supreme Court of Russia declared legal the verdict in the Yves Rocher case, in which Oleg Navalny was sentenced to 3.5 years in prison. The Board considered the case because of the decision of the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR), which recognized the trial in Russia as unfair.

Alexei Navalny called the decision of the Armed Forces "a big step towards a new bottom." It is no longer possible to appeal against it in Russia - Navalny's defense intends to apply to the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe with a request to evaluate the decision. Oleg Navalny's term of imprisonment expires on June 30, 2018.
