Kostylenkov returned home and wrote a post full of disappointment. This post was read by Anna Pavlikova, a seventeen -year -old girl who obviously wanted to find something special in life, and by coincidence this special policy became.

Soon, a man with the nickname “Ruslan D”, Konstantinov Alexander Andreevich appears in the chat. “So the document is filled out when a person works in the special services, in this case, most likely, he is an FSB officer,” says Maxim Pashkov, Maria Dubovik’s lawyer, who was in the case of “New Greatness”.
"Konstantinov", it seems, does not give evidence as a witness, but simply writes an indictment:
“After November 5, 2017, Vyacheslav Maltsev, the“ impeachment-Moscow ”and“ cozy opposition ”in the telegram-chats of the prohibited“ artillery ”and the“ cozy opposition ”, had the process of self-organization to create a political unification to attract V. Maltsev’s activities with radical participants in the above telegram charts.

Konstantinov actively recorded on video cameras and listening devices all meetings in the office he took off.

Konstantinov also rebuilds for the organization and crowdfunding, insisting that the money will need to be borne through foreign sites (they still know who finances the unsystematic opposition in Russia).

Choose a boycott! ”...
At the end of January 2018, Anna and Rustam met in the area of the Domodedovskaya metro station. Kashapov gave Pavlikova printed materials, and at the same time said that he was a soldier of the Russian Guard: “This information was very interested in her, and she asked me to get gas masks and helmets that she needed for some purposes. <...> Since I am a patriot of my country and support the political course and regime in the country, and, considering the actions of all the above persons illegal and anti -state, I decided to contact the FSB of Russia about this, where the FSB officer took the explanation from me on this fact. ”
The criminal case was instituted on March 13, the detentions were held two days later, and the testimony was given by Konstantinov, Kashapov and the third implemented employee, Rastorguev Maxim Ivanovich, born in 1988 He indicated the address: Moscow, st. Zhitnaya d. 16. At this address, as you know, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation is located. Rastorguev works as a senior officer in the Main Directorate of the Criminal Investigation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation. In the testimony, he tells how he was introduced into the "criminal group" New Greatness ". He reported for each meeting, went to shooting and had to lead the "assault group". Together with Rastorguev, another person was introduced - a certain Spaniards Yu.A. He also went to all meetings to the office that Konstantinov took off.

Natalya Dubovik, Mama's mother, tells me about how the detention of “New Greatness” was told to me:
“My daughter is generally at a loss, she does not understand what happened, because in their communication there was nothing related to extremism. Moreover, for shooting ( shot at pneumatics banks in the country. - Ed. ) She did not go. She had a young man with whom she once went to this meeting. He told her in open text that it was a madhouse. She stopped going to these meetings. On March 15, they came to us at all the addresses, the house was surrounded, they called the neighbors, they scared everyone. The man arrived thirty, someone climbed over the fence, beat the doorbell. They searched for certain things, in her backpack leaflets that support the call of Navalny to boycott the elections, and this printed charter was not signed by anyone, after which they said that Maria would go with them. I advised her to tell the whole truth. As a result, everyone who told the truth was closed, and those who wrote the charter and formed them actually, those, it turns out, is free. So the lawyer, according to the appointment, began to shout to us so that she collaborates with the investigator, the investigator is our friend, and not the enemy, and our children should be put on life. I already broke into him and asked: “For what is life-long? For what?"
Maria Dubovik was sent to a pre -trial detention center. It is contained in a cell of 70 square meters. There are so many people that there is nowhere to do, but Maria does not complain, she waits for her to change the measure of restraint, because she does not pose a danger to society. In much worst conditions, also in the female pre -trial detention center, the second participant in the “New Greatness” Anna Pavlikova is located, the youngest, ”the investigator interrogated in the presence of her father, since she was not even 18 years old at the time of his arrest. She met for adulthood in a pre -trial detention center. During the detention to Anna, they threatened to apply violence, this was announced by a member of the Moscow PMS Evgeny Enikeev OVD-info.
The girl was left for 22 hours without water and food, for three hours it was transported in an unheated car carrier.
From the testimony of Pavlikova it can be seen that she does not really understand what is happening to her. The meetings held by Ruslan D or Ruslan Center, she, as it turned out, also missed:
“I did not go to the next meeting of the organization, as I was busy with my own business, Dubovik went to him. The next day, she told me that 7 people were present at the meeting, that Kostylenkov distributed to all the charter of the organization, according to which departments were created, namely agent, informational, financial and others. <...> Dubovik gave me this charter, having read which I did not understand anything, but it became even more interesting to me to participate in the political life of our country, and I was given significance that I was a member of the political organization. "
Here's what she said during interrogation:
“On 01/21/2018, together with the Dubovik, I arrived at the headquarters of“ New Greatness ”<...> Kostylenkov said that it was necessary to put the leaflets hesed on which the Boycot election was written, he personally handed me five leaflets. In addition, Kostylenkov said that it was necessary to make a stencil with the image of the logo of our organization-“Blue Bird”, which was transpracted from the film “Jay-Mose”. <...> But in the end, I did not make a stencil, and Dmitry was not applied to Dmitry. Of the leaflets I gave, I lowered one into the mailbox in my house, I don’t remember the apartment, I threw the rest near my house, because I was afraid to carry them home because my father was scolding me. ”
