FSB in the Nizhny Novgorod region was accused of four more students from the countries of Africa - parishioners of the Protestant Church "Embassy of Jesus" in illegal missionaries. This was announced on Friday by Rain with reference to the special services report on the results of the audit, aimed at the regional department of the Ministry of Justice.
In the report dated February 20, it is stated that students starred in the video with an invitation to Incaunter - an exchange of religious experience. "The Embassy of Jesus" published this video on Facebook in 2016.
The video was played by 34-year-old David Deborah Kangenge and 20-year-old Mrasergeza Tingianz from the Volga Research Medical University (former Nizhny Novgorod Medakademia) and 22-year-old Kpat Evilafo Adel Olivia Romuald from the Nizhny Novgorod pedagogical university. According to Rain, these are citizens of Namibia, Malawi and Cat-D'Ivoir; The publication, however, does not specify which of the students came from which country.
The fourth student who starred in the video is Chilesha Maurin from Zambia - last year she had already graduated from a medacademy and left Russia.
Based on the FSB report, the Ministry of Justice in March issued two protocols for parts 3, 4 of Article 5.26 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (violations during missionary activity) to the "Embassy of Jesus". The first of these norms provides for a fine of 30 to 50 thousand rubles with confiscation of "illegally" produced printed, audio or video products, the second - from 100 thousand to 1 million rubles for legal entities. According to lawyer Vladimir Malinin, part 3 of Article 5.26 of the Code of Administrative Offenses was charged with the fact that she did not indicate its name in the video, and part 4 for missionary work without permitting documents. The hearings last since April 16; Another, third meeting is scheduled for Saturday.
Malinin insists that the performance of students in the video cannot be regarded as missionary.
The video "Embassy of Jesus" from Facebook has already deleted.

On January 23, the judge of the Sormovsky District Court of the Regional Center Vasily Korytov fined it for 5 thousand rubles and decided to expel it from Russia. Thus, he gave the student the opportunity to defend his diploma.
The nyamarebov was declared guilty under part 2 of Article 18.8 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (the mismatch of the declared goal of entering a foreigner into Russia actually ongoing activities). She was charged with the reposts of two videos: one tells the story of a Christian girl, the second is an invitation to the concert of Gospel - Negro Christian chants. Judges of both instances said that a foreigner, having arrived in Russia for study, illegally led missionary activities.
