OMON officers burst into a punk concert in Barnaul and put all those present face down on the floor, Angelina, a visitor to the concert, told OVD-Info.
According to her, all visitors were searched - the guys were searched especially carefully. The girls were asked if they had weapons and illegal substances. The OMON officers gave each a piece of paper with a number and forced him to show his name and place of residence to the camera. Angelina clarified that everyone was “treated very harshly.”
Concert attendees were asked if they belonged to subcultures - punks, skinheads or anyone else, and were also told that they were all "freaks and not patriots."
“There were at least six incomprehensible men who told the riot police what to do. Who they are, no one knows. I remember that one was called Oleg, ”said Angelina.
The OMON officers left, the concert continued. One minor was taken to the department, where he signed a paper stating that he did not use any prohibited substances. After that, he was released.
