About how and why the authorities take hostages

The Basmanny Court and the Prosecutor General’s Office defeated humanism and common sense, as well as a little, over the investigative committee. Alexei Malobrodsky, the ex-director of the “Corol-Center”, will remain in custody contrary to the petition of the prosecution, which saw the possibilities for his transfer to house arrest due to the fact that the investigation of the criminal case is completed and the accused can no longer influence him, and his health in the cell worsens day by day.

That even then Malobrodsky could not influence the finished investigation and experienced health problems. But this, according to the Prosecutor General’s Office, doesn’t matter. It is important to be consistent.

If a person was sitting during the investigation, he will sit both before the trial and before the sentence. What is this for the sake of doing a smallness?

Judge Yevgeny Nikolaev spent two hours in the deliberative room, which, frankly, is unusual: all the arguments of the parties were known before the meeting. In such cases, they often say that she was waiting for a call “from above”, but if a definite decision on this subject was made “upstairs”, then, probably, it would be brought to the attention of Yevgeny Nikolaeva in advance.

Here the problem is that she had to touch on the honor of the uniform in any case: either the investigator or the prosecutor. She must say, she acted wisely from the point of view of the corporation, noting in the decision that she would least like to put a stain on the mantle of his colleague Karpov, who had sent Malobrodsky to the pre -trial detention center.

Our system is so confusing that the signal passes uncertainly through it, even when it is completely unambiguous and comes from the very top.

Remember, after all, how, after the pardon of Mikhail Khodorkovsky, Vladislav Surkov personally had to fly to the zone, and then to the airport, so that prisoner No. 1 would be released from the country?

And in the Theater Affairs, I am sure that there is no active position of the country's leadership. The hostage here is not only Malobrodsky, but also the rest of the persons involved, including Serebrennikov, and where the main blow has to be guessed. Judging by the persistent resistance of the security forces of civil society, which turned out to be unusually consolidated, the bets are high. Two figures are called, which can be extreme in this chain: the Minister of Culture Medinsky and assistant to the president of the Surkov.

The drama of the situation of Malobrodsky and Serebrennikov is that they are from such a category of hostages that cannot affect their fate. Often you can simply give the indications necessary for the investigation, but not the fact that the beneficiaries of the case need the testimony of the theateraries themselves. In some cases, the hostage is simultaneously a victim. Here Vladimir Yevtushenkov, having seated a little under arrest, gave his “Bashneft” without a fight - and soon all the charges were removed from him, and the criminal case fell apart.

But only real defendants could be traded about the fate of Malobrodsky’s hostage. If we assume that this is Medinsky or Surkov, then it is worth recalling that the Ministry of Culture as a victim petitioned for the extension of the arrest of Malobrodsky, thereby ritually pleading his guilt and the correctness of the investigation. The humane investigation was enough.

But the Prosecutor General’s Office and the same Surkov’s relationship are much more complex.

The prosecutor general Yuri Chaika has a son Artem, who, as you know, is engaged in business, including owns one of the largest salt producers in Russia. And all would be nothing, only in recent years, smuggling from the territories of the self -proclaimed republics of the Donbass unsuccessfully affected the market conditions. And these republics are in the field of influence just Vladislav Surkov.

Whether this economic conflict has been reflected in the fate of Alexei Malobrodsky or some other dispute at the top, but only he survived the torture of an ambulance and remains to sit. And the next attempt to add a little humanism to the system failed from the inside. Yes, and it is difficult to demand him from the merchants hostages.
