Thousands of people in Siberia have already held a traditional monstration - the Pervomaisian theatrical procession under the absurd slogans. In Novosibirsk, it took place for the 15th time, the total shares are scheduled in 22 cities of Russia.

The organizer of the action is the Khabarovsk activist Pavel Perov. On the eve of the procession, he was called from law enforcement agencies and recommended to transfer the monstration to May 5.
"The system is afraid of 15-year-old people with posters. If we have everything so bad that these guys are threatening to our state, then the price of our services is worthless. Just in case, I sewn my pockets-other activists were recommended for me, because in some cities the organizers were taken to the police the day before the procession, and all the same was found in their pockets," said Perov.
The activist also admits the idea that the purpose of the callers was to transfer monstration to May 5 in order to disrupt Navalny’s rally in Khabarovsk.
“We just submitted a notification to the city hall earlier than the guys from the opposition headquarters. And if we agreed to transfer the procession, they would not allow them to hold a protest, since the time and place would have already been occupied by us,” the organizer shared his opinion.
Monstration was planned in 22 Russian cities, in most cases the organizers faced opposition to the authorities.
Krasnoyarsk
In the city, Monstrium took place for the eighth time . Participants traditionally follow the procession of the Krasnoyarsk trade unions. Ahead of the columns of the monsters this year carried a stretch "This slogan is not worth the paper on which it is written!" The participants carried the slogans "Yesterday I bit my tick and here I am", "Today is Tuesday, and I am not yet married", a man with a child in his hands carries a poster "We suffer garbage in two generations." The participants and the statement of the State Duma deputy from the Krasnoyarsk Territory Raisa Karmazina, about the harassment of the journalists of her colleague deputy Slutsky, recalled and the statement: "I will get into a sophisticated!"
Irkutsk
The first monstrium in the history of the city gathered about 40 people, reported by Irsiti. The participants walked around Irkutsk with posters: “All the power of the imagination”, “Be patient, work, consume”, “Be a realist - demand the impossible”, “This slogan blocked Roskomnadzor”, “In our country is hotter than in hell”, “I don’t believe Uncle Stepa”, “Under the paving stones”, “Your shocker does not charge me”. The participants also sang several songs of the Civil Defense group.
According to the organizer Sofya Bazhenova, the organizers of the action tried to coordinate the event with the mayor, but they allocated a site in Novo-Lenino, arguing this with the employment of other places in the city center. As a result, happy action was chosen as a format - a creative action, which, according to Bazhenova, does not require coordination.
"We chose the format of monstance as artistic happy, because we are tired of the classic May Day, which has no effect. We decided to do something creative, choose such a format, a bias in creativity, can show the absurdity of our life," she said.
Before the event, the organizers sent five notifications - to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Governor, to the prosecutor, mayor and the Commissioner for Human Rights. According to Bazhenova, representatives of the Irkutsk and Ministry of Internal Affairs administration approached them before the event and "allowed the event."
Omsk
In Omsk, Monstrium passed through the central streets, despite the fact that the city administration did not agree on the route. The application concerned the pedestrian zone in the city center. In response, the administration said that “at the declared time in the declared place it is planned to hold cultural events.” As an alternative, a square was proposed on the outskirts of Omsk.
About a hundred inhabitants of the city gathered for “monstration”. They had slogans in their hands: “You are not worthy of edit”, “What are they getting into?”, “Serve for shame”, “Orbit - the taste of a liar”, “I want raw precipitation”. In their ranks of the participants, several police officers and Evgeny Skripyrev, head of the public security department of the City Hall, walked together. The action took place. The action took place as a usual route, arranging dances and round dances at the final point, next to the memorial sign of “Power”. In Omsk, the monstration took place for the ninth time.
