The police detained members of the Left Bloc. They picketed against a landfill

In Serpukhov, five members of the Left Bloc were detained, who stood in single pickets against the Lesnaya solid waste landfill. This was reported to the OVD-Info hotline by Anna Evchenko, the press secretary of the organization.

According to her, the police explained the detention by the fact that all activists have the same theme of single-person pickets.

She added that the name of one of the detainees was Stanislav Kiryushkin. The activist managed to tell Yevchenko that the police officers threatened him with a criminal case, as he was already detained during mass events and administrative protocols were drawn up because of his participation in them.
