At the same time, the top management of the company did not finance the construction of these houses, but transferred the money of customers to the accounts of his partners in contracts not related to construction. According to the estimates of investigators, Popov and one of the founders of the company, Alexander Sakaniya, was outlined over 400 million rubles.
