Через какое-то время Митюшкиной сообщили о столкновениях на площади перед «Ударником». «Вскоре подполковник полиции, с которым я обычно работаю на митингах, заявил, что мы нарушили порядок проведения митинга и полиция прекращает мероприятие, — продолжает Митюшкина. — По-моему, полиция получила распоряжение сделать так, чтобы митинг не состоялся».

На Малом Каменном мосту и на площади перед кинотеатром «Ударник» были сотни журналистов с камерами и фотоаппаратами. На опубликованных в интернете кадрах хорошо видно, как омоновцы вытаскивают людей из толпы, волочат их по земле, бьют дубинками уже лежащих, тащат молодых девушек и женщин. У корреспондента телеканала «Дождь» Владимира Роменского один из полицейских вырвал из рук айфон и выбросил его в реку. К тому моменту, впрочем, там плавало и несколько омоновских шлемов. «Обычно ОМОН задерживает людей, которые что-то скандируют, на этот раз они забегали в толпу и хватали первого, кто попадется, — говорит антифашист Алексей Гаскаров. — Мне тоже рассекли бровь, когда задерживали людей: они старались попасть по голове. Полиция почти сразу стала всячески препятствовать акции — в итоге это вылилось в бойню».

«Когда неизвестные люди в масках попытались прорвать оцепление полиции, пошла стенка на стенку, — говорит депутат Геннадий Гудков. — Я не знаю, кто это был. Надо отсматривать видео. Может, анархисты. Может, кто-то другой. Ожесточение со стороны ОМОНа было, но, когда в тебя швыряют бутылки, камни, сложно разобраться, кто прав, кто виноват».

May 6. Пострадавший участник акции на Болотной площади

Правозащитник Андрей Бабушкин говорит, что полиции по непонятным причинам не удалось задержать провокаторов. «Вместо них в автозаки сажали случайных людей, — утверждает правозащитник. — Установлено, что неизвестные люди проникали в толпу, выкрикивали провокационные лозунги, выталкивали людей к полицейским, после чего отходили назад».

Журналист Александр Подрабинек убежден — в столкновении были заинтересованы обе стороны: «Мне кажется, полицейским был дан приказ сделать так, чтобы митинга не было, а некоторым участникам надоела бесцельность подобных собраний: сколько можно повторять одно и то же. Я бы даже не осуждал тех людей, которые были готовы пойти на стычку с полицией, только об этом надо было сказать людям, которых они вели за собой».

Телеведущий и член Общественной палаты Николай Сванидзе говорит, что прорваться к Кремлю «могла бы только танковая дивизия»: такие кордоны были установлены на Большом Каменном мосту. «В том, что случилось 6 мая, виноваты и те и другие. Выиграли от этого радикалы с обеих сторон, — уверен телеведущий. — Но прежде всего ответственность лежит на власти: она должна была заботиться о безопасности людей. Со стороны полиции явно была готовность применять силу, но ее пределы не были обозначены. На следующий день мы увидели усиление радикалов, когда чистили город по полной программе, вытаскивали людей из кафе, задерживали прохожих».

Полиция и мэрия в беспорядках на Болотной площади винят организаторов «Марша миллионов». Провокаторами их называет и глава Общественного совета при ГУВД Москвы Ольга Костина: «Сквер не открыли потому, что было согласовано другое место прохода, зимой коридор был шире, потому что было больше участников. Все эти разговоры о том, что не пустили в сквер, — в пользу бедных. Не собирались они туда идти. Собчак, например, писала о том, что она знала, что будет происходить, потому не пошла».

Любопытно, что все, кто говорит, что оппозиционеры планировали прорыв к Кремлю и столкновения с полицией, ссылаются именно на блог Ксении Собчак. В интервью The New Times телеведущая сообщила, что драк с ОМОНом и прорывов к Кремлю никто заранее не планировал. «Обсуждалась возможность организации импровизированного майдана, сидячей забастовки в сквере на Болотной, — сказала Ксения Собчак. — Возможно, информация об этом попала к властям, потому они и закрыли доступ к скверу. Но и организаторы поступили нечестно: они должны были предупредить людей».

Вечером 6 мая Следственным комитетом РФ были заведены уголовные дела по части 3 статьи 212 УК РФ (призывы к массовым беспорядкам) и части 1 статьи 318 УК РФ (применение насилия в отношении представителей власти). 7 и 8 мая мирно гулявших по городу молодых людей уже задерживали в связи «с проверкой на причастность к массовым беспорядкам на Болотной площади». Отбывающих административный арест Сергея Удальцова и Алексея Навального уже допросили следователи Главного следственного управления СК РФ. По неясным причинам с них, равно как и с их адвокатов, пытались взять подписку о неразглашении. How will it end? Собственно, вопрос этот касается отнюдь не только конкретного следствия и конкретного уголовного дела. Это вопрос о судьбе страны.
