The Magistrate's Court in Belgorod arrested Vladimir Chernyshev, who was detained at a rally on May 5, for 10 days under the article on disobedience to a police officer (Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). This was reported to OVD-Info via a hotline.
The information was also confirmed by the son of Chernyshev. He said that he only had time to ask about the decision at the courthouse. Then the arrested person was immediately taken away.
UPD May 7 18:15 Later, OVD-Info received information that Chernyshev was convicted under an article on violating the procedure for holding public events (Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).
