
In Krasnodar, lawyer Mikhail Benyash was expelled by force from the hall of the Pervomaisky court, in which they consider the cases of the detainees to the shares "He is not a king for us." It is reported by the New Gazeta.
Benyash told the publication that the audience who wanted to support the detainees refused to let into the building, explaining this by the fact that the court is a “regime object”. The lawyer began to object, and then the judge asked the bailiff to lead him out of the courtroom.
According to Benyash, they took him in his arms and threw him into the corridor. When he tried to return to the hall, he was again “thrown out”. The lawyer noted that he was thrown forward, in flight he touched a metal detector, he fell to Benyash on his leg and damaged her. As a result, the lawyer was sent to the hospital for X -ray.
Due to the breakdown of the metal detector, the investigation group began to conduct an audit under the article on intentional damage to property (Article 167 of the Criminal Code).
The court fined the participants of the action for 500 rubles, finding them guilty of disobedience to the police (Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses), and 10 thousand rubles under the article on violation of the rules of the event by the participant (part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).
