A member of the Council of the Federation of the Russian Federation from the Republic of Dagestan, businessman Suleiman Kerimov, who once again arrived in Russia with the permission of the Nice Prosecutor's Office, while under investigation in France, and hospitalized last Saturday due to heart problems, has already been discharged from the hospital. The senator was treated at the Vishnevsky hospital and returned home the night before. Nevertheless, the inauguration of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, the member of the Council, nevertheless missed the next day, nevertheless missed .

Karimov’s discharge was announced by RIA Novosti by the head of the Cardiacsurgical Center of the Hospital Professor Alexander Lishchuk. According to him, the senator was treated for violation of the heart rhythm. “He was treated with us, he had complex rhythm disorders. We completely restored the rhythm to him, and yesterday he was already discharged home. Everything went well, everything is standard. Today his condition was stable - it seems he was already at work,” the agency’s interlocutor said.

At the same time, due to problems with the well-being, Kerimov had to skip the fourth inauguration of Putin, RIA Novosti told Senator Aleksey Krasovsky. Earlier, he told reporters that a member of the Council planned to visit the ceremony.

Karimov became known about the hospitalization of Kerimov the day before. The senator got to the hospital on Saturday evening, after he felt ailment in the heart. As Lishchuk noted then, politics warned that his heart rhythm could be disturbed due to stress.

Previously, Kerimov has already visited Russia several times to resolve the French authorities. At the beginning of April, the Nice Prosecutor Jean-Michel Preterus said that the senator left France five times during the subscription about the wizard. It is known that during one of the trips, the businessman violated the deadline for him.

Kerimov was detained in Nice on November 20, 2017. The French authorities suspect the senator of creating a system of intermediaries and companies to purchase Hier, Medyroc, Lexa and Florella villas on the Cote d'Azur. At the same time, the prices at which real estate was purchased turned out to be too low and did not reflect the real value. Thus, the senator hoped to avoid tax payments.

Kerimov was charged with money laundering and tax evasion. The French authorities estimate the amount of damage from his actions at 400 million euros. The local court agreed to leave the senator free in exchange for a bail of five million euros, but demanded from Kerimov to hand over his passport to the French authorities and not to leave the Department of Primorsky Alps.

Soon after, the Nice prosecutor’s office appealed to the court decision, demanding to tighten the preventive measure. As a result, the City Court of the city, Ex-en-Provence, decided not to put Kerimov in custody, but at the same time increased the amount of collateral for him to 40 million euros.
