In Krasnoyarsk, employees of the headquarters of Navalny were released for the organization of an inconsistent rally. The court sentenced Maria Makovo and Yan Gerasimov to three days of administrative arrest. On May 5, the Krasnoyarsk residents went to the city center for a rally that grew into a procession. An inconsistent protest led to the detention of over fifty people. The correspondent of Siberia. Reali met the freed activists and asked about the conditions of the content and further plans of Navalny’s headquarters in Krasnoyarsk.

- Maria, how did your detention happen on May 4, on the eve of the rally?

- The detention, although they do not call it that, occurred at eight in the morning. I took my nephew to kindergarten. I went out of the gate of the kindergarten, two employees in civilian clothes approached me, one of them introduced himself and presented a certificate, the second was not. I could not see anything, I have very poor vision, I see nothing at the extended hand.

They said that I was voluntarily with them, at the same time I was not allowed to leave

I said that let them send a summons if they want to talk to me. I was told that I would pass with them in any case, in one case it will be voluntarily, in the other I will have 19.3 - "Resistance to the legal requirements of police officers." I went with them to the police officer number one, where I was drawn up for an administrative offense, but the detention protocol was not drawn up. All this time they said that I was voluntarily with them, at the same time I was not allowed to leave. We also rushed voluntarily in court, where I was physically, by force, by force. All this time there was no protocol on the detention. I insisted that either I was leaving them by any means, or a protocol is written. Then they called the outfit, and we went to the police department number five, where I spent another three hours. They took the phone from me, it was difficult for me to navigate the time, then we went to court for a second time, and then the case was consideration.

- What did you bring as a prosecution and how did the court go?

- I was charged with the organization of the rally ( Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses . - SD). Moreover, according to the part, according to which, as I think, it was still possible to somehow sprinkle my actions to this violation, in terms of the first of this article I would not be shone with administrative arrest, but the second part was charged to me. There is actually so stupid all this was done. Their argumentation: I organized a rally by inviting people to him, thereby organizing, and at the same time did not apply. The fact that the notification was submitted, but by other persons, they did not consider.

They considered this as two different events. I was taken to a special -reception for bus, intending to leave there, but they were told that they could not leave me because they did not contain women. As a result, they brought me here, to dictatorships.

- Were you alone in the cell?

- At first there was one in the cell, then a neighbor was hooked on me. Then they settled us: I have an allergy to dust, and there is insanely dusty and very dirty. Both mattresses and pillows are so dusty that you cannot describe in words. I was just choked. I was kindly transferred to another camera, where there was a through hole in the wall on the street. It is cool there, but you can breathe, and there I was already alone. And to my neighbor, Jan was hooked.

- Was the second camera better?

Everything is extremely wretched, unpleasant, uncomfortable, dirty. It feels like it is done not for people, but an animal avlier

- I considered my first camera to be bad, there were four beds, there was a toilet. CCTV was led from the ceiling. Between the bunks are a small distance, one person will pass, two will not be dispersed. But the second turned out to be a little better. There was a table, a bench, everything is nailed to the floor. Everything is iron-ruled. Everything is very dirty, on the ceiling of the smudge. The window was very high, the grill was on it. An iron door with a small window, in which food is given three times a day. Everything is extremely wretched, unpleasant, uncomfortable, dirty. It feels that this is done not for people, but an animal aviary. I understand that the penitentiary institution should not be pleasant. But it feels like they do not consider those who are there for people. All this system is saturated with the fact that if you got there, forget that you are a person, you are just a scum. Give up bedding: sheet and pillowcase. And there are terribly dirty blankets. Conditions are so so -so. Although I saw that they put the quartzing devices there. There is a sink where only cold water flows. Shower can be taken once a week, on weekends. On Saturday or Sunday. Moreover, the employees themselves decide how many people they are ready to put into the shower. This is horror. Especially if you think that this is only for administratively detained. In fact, not for criminals.

- What else struck you in the content?

- Interestingly, there are absolutely no hours in the watches. It is forbidden to carry them with you. Therefore, most of the time you are in such a lost state when you do not know how much time. You can ask the guards if they pass by and if they say. This is similar to a way of psychological pressure. The daily routine differs in that at six o’clock in the morning they include light and radio. At ten in the evening they muffle the light and turn off the radio. They feed three times a day. At eight in the morning they inspect the camera. At nine they bring breakfast. At ten to an hour they give out the phone. At dinner and five dinner at an hour. I tried food on the third day. In the first two days, I did not touch her. She is not as terrible as I could be, I expected the worst. But she is cold, tasteless, she is brought from somewhere. And it feels like two or three days they gave the same thing. There is one boiler, perhaps for the entire special receiver. And the guards wear it from one camera to another when people ask.

- Did you visit police officers?

- Ashnik came to me to talk. He was very unlucky, he wanted to talk with me face to face, but he came when my lawyer was there. They crossed at the exit. He asked me about everything. In my completely legitimate refusal to talk with him, when I referred to the 51st article, he said that it would be worse for me. What he had in mind did not explain.

- How did employees of the receiver treat you after this conversation?

- Employees mostly behave normally. They meet politeness. There were several men in the next chamber, constantly pissing guards with requests to find cigarettes to them. Employees communicate in different ways with different people. They talked with me politely, except that one guard really wanted to attach with me about politics and convinced me that the Naval American Agent. He believed in it absolutely seriously. In fact, I, it seems, for the first time I saw a person whose that he says is as if you were watching the first channel. The same phrases, the same arguments. A person is absolutely convinced that a Naval American Agent, America sponsor him. And Putin is generally our hero, and we have no one else except Putin. The age is about forty of this guard. I even heard from him that in our country political competition, it turns out, more than in the USA, because they have two political parties, democrats and republicans, and we have as many as twelve. I tried to talk to him. The dispute ended that he simply waved at me, because I am unbearably stupid if I do not understand that Navalny is an American agent.

- Did you manage to contact loved ones? What was their reaction to the fact that you were arrested?

I will go against all this with great strength all

- The relatives were very surprised. Yes, and I myself did not expect that they would give me three days. I informed my mother about what was happening to me, only at three days. I reported in this form, my mothers were detained, they will now take me to court and write out a fine, and I will come home. And when it turned out that I would not come home in the next couple of days, everyone was very surprised. In fact, many of my relatives who did not live in Krasnoyarsk learned about this in the news and were frightened. Because the information from the mouth in the mouth can be distorted and made even more unpleasant than it is.

In general, my relatives did not say: throw it. They said: now you will quit it? What personally is completely incomprehensible to me how the human brain can generate such an idea that you treated unfairly - and you will stop fighting injustice?! It seems to me, on the contrary, this should give more strength, even more than the charge of energy and enthusiasm to go against it. They expressed my disapproval in this regard, but there is no opposition. I will go against all this with great strength. Well, I will try not to get into this unpleasant place anymore. But if the price is, then, apparently, it will have to.

- How did you do all three days?

- With my short neighbor, we talked, but she did not say why she was there, did not want to answer. But in general, we communicated pleasantly. I told her, I have been here. And she wailed the whole story, just like in the thirties. She is thirty years old.

The rest of the time I read the book that my relatives gave me. It is ironic that at that time I read the “boss” of war. This is a book about the Italian revolutionary. And at the moment where I read it, he was just in prison. So I was very close to him in this book. There are no more entertainments except the radio, where disgusting music plays.

-Did you know that on Saturday in Krasnoyarsk, an inconsistent action was still held? Maybe you heard what is happening on the streets?

- What happened on the street, I did not hear in any way. The guards did not talk about what was happening, did not discuss. I only found out the next day, although I did not catch the Internet. I called one of the staff of the headquarters and asked to tell what happened. Only in this way did I learn about something. On Saturday, I did not know anything. I was told that about a thousand people came out, and I felt pride in my city. I did not expect so much. Of course, the words that there were detentions, since I was already in places of imprisonment and understood how it might end, for me were very bitter, because I did not want someone to go there. What awaits these people is still incomprehensible. I learned that one of our employee was beaten, this, of course, is terrible. I will appeal the court order against me.

She arrived in advance in the early morning closer to the square and was with a friend in a cafe with a black move. But this precaution did not work.

- Yana, how did your detention go?

- They detained me at 11 o’clock in the morning. Police officers, apparently, tracked me down, began to knock on the door. For about an hour they knocked, I thought they would break the door. They shouted anything, from threats to "Jan, Sun, come out." I left the black move, but they still detained me. They explained everything with the standard "pass and talk", showed certificates. We arrived at the first police department, and a protocol was drawn up for me under Article 20.2 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. For forty minutes I waited a judge in the monkey. After the court’s decree, I was taken to the bus, and then to the special detention center for dictatorships.

- Have you been alone in the cell?

- a woman was sitting with me for an unpaid fine. She was appointed four days. It turned out to be very sweet, fed me on the first evening. She told what is there and how. For this I am very grateful to her.

- How did you take yourself these three days?

- All this time I slept, read, wrote plans for the coming weeks. But mostly slept and read. I re -read "1984". I must say that this is the best place to read this book. I also read Zamyatin "We" and King "Shine".

- How did you treat the receiver employees?

- Employees treated with understanding: they realized that it was political. In general, it was wild for them that two young girls were sitting in their "sweet" institution. There was an employee who was very interested in our activities. He tried to convince us that Navalny was an agent of America.

- Did you know that the rally grew into a procession? Did you manage to follow what is happening?

- I was partially aware of what was happening on the streets of Krasnoyarsk, because my phone was selected, only while I was sitting in the first police station. In the corridors of the court, I was with the phone. And there was such a fairly hard moment when I realized that a huge number of people had come out on the streets. They threw off my video. And the moment of great joy abruptly changed to the negative, because afterwards came about the detentions that Daniel was beaten. It was creepy when you are sitting and you can’t help anyone. It's scary.

- How is the mood after three days of arrest and your further plans?

- The mood of the fighting. And such an event, let’s say, motivates to work even more. More, because when you see how unfairly people are beaten, you beat, you understand how quickly you need to change everything. Therefore, the mood is only combat.
