
President Vladimir Putin held on May 9, on Victory Day, a meeting with permanent members of the Russian Security Council and discussed with them the US exit from a nuclear transaction with Iran, as well as the night strokes of Israel on Syria.
On the latest topic, "a detailed exchange of views took place in connection with the coming negotiations of Vladimir Putin with the Prime Minister of Israel Benjamin Netanyahu," the Kremlin press service said.
On the agenda there was also a number of current domestic issues.
The meeting was attended by Government Chairman Dmitry Medvedev, Chairman of the Council of the Federation Valentina Matvienko, State Duma speaker Vyacheslav Volodin, head of the presidential administration Anton Vaino, Secretary of the Security Council Nikolai Patrushev, Acting Minister Vladimir Kolokoltsev, acting Minister of Defense Sergey Lavrov, acting Minister Sergei Shoigu, director of the Federal Security Service Alexander Bortnikov, Director of Foreign Intelligence Service Sergey Naryshkin, Presidential Special Representative for Nature Protection, Ecology and Transport Sergey Ivanov.
Today, on May 9, before negotiations, Netanyahu managed to lay wreaths at the grave of an unknown soldier and participate in the procession of the Immortal Regiment .
