On May 9, Sergei Chudov, a member of the steering committee of the regional branch of the Libertarian Party in Bashkortostan, was detained in Ufa. This is stated on the website of the party.
On the evening of May 8, the police came to the activist's house, but he was not at home. Chudov was detained in the morning, the next day, at the entrance to his house. The protocol under Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (violation of the procedure for holding a public event) was drawn up in a police car, after which they were taken to court. After that, the activist was released because the judge was not there.
The report notes that Chudov spoke at the rally "He is not our king."
