A court in Yaroslavl fined a regional Duma deputy for organizing a rally against garbage

The Kirovsky District Court of Yaroslavl fined Alexander Vorobyov, a deputy of the regional Duma, for 10,000 rubles, writes Yarkub.

Vorobyov was found guilty of violating the organization of a public event (part 1 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) in connection with a rally against the import of Moscow garbage on April 18. The use of a megaphone and posters was considered a violation of the law.

On April 20, it became known that were brought two administrative cases against Vorobyov. The second one was brought for a picket on April 5 - Vorobyov was considered the organizer of an uncoordinated action (part 2 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).
