
The deputy chairman of the Leninsky District Court of Sevastopol, which was controlled by Russia, Anna Gulo arrested the Crimean Tatar Enver Seytosmanov for a period of July 9 in the case of involvement in Hizb Ut-Tahrir. It is reported by "Crimean solidarity."
The 31-year-old observant Muslim Seitosmanov was imputed part 2 of Article 205.5 of the Russian Criminal Code (participation in the activities of a terrorist organization), which provides for 10 to 20 years of the colony.
Seytosmanov was detained by the FSB on Thursday morning after a search in his house located in the village of Tylovaya (Highto) within Sevastopol. Together with him, his older brother Ernes Seytosmanov, living in the same house, was detained, and their mother Gulnara, who came to visit his sons.
All three were taken away in a minibus without numbers and with tinted glasses. In the courtyard of the house at that time there were unknown civilians who reacted extremely aggressively to attempts by the villagers to approach the house.
Later it turned out that the mother of the brothers was delivered to her home in the village of Sadovoy, Nizhnyorsky district in the northeast of Crimea and also searched there. Enver Seitosmanov is registered in Sadovoy.
Meanwhile, the brothers themselves were brought to the Sevastopol Goroddel of the FSB. As the older brother later said , there they were closed in the cell for a while. Violence and moral pressure, according to him, were not applied to them.
Then Enver Seitosmanov was taken for interrogation. After some time, Ernes was also called for interrogation. The security forces announced to him that he was a witness in the case of his brother. After the interrogation, Ernes Seitosmanov was released.
Another witness in the case is the mother of the brothers.
The Seitosmanovs are the second cousin of the defendant of the first Sevastopol case “Hizb Ut-Taurir” Nuri Primov, who was serving a term in the Mari IK-5 general regime. In 2015, Ernes Seitosmanov was a search on this case.
In total, in Sevastopol, after the annexation of the Crimea, three cases of Hizb Ut-Tahrir were already fabricated. Primes, as well as Ruslan Zeytullaev, Rustem Vaitov and Frat Saifullaev, were convicted of the first. Zeytullaev was given 15 years of strict regime under Part 1 of Article 205.5 of the Russian Criminal Code (organization of activities of a terrorist organization); The rest received 5 years in general under part 2 of the same article.
In the Second Sevastopol case, Hizb Ut-Tahrir in August 2016 , citizens of Kyrgyzstan, ethnic Uzbeks Akhmatjon Abdullaev and Nematjon (Nemat) of Isroilov were arrested . Initially, they were charged with part 2 of article 205.5 of the Code; In the fall of 2017, both were added to both of Article 205.1 (assistance to terrorism). The case, according to the "faces", has already been received by the North Caucasus District Military Court in Rostov-on-Don.
Finally, in the third case, Seytosmanov is now arrested.
