In Kazan, Andrey Boyarshinov, a volunteer of Alexei Navalny's headquarters, is accused of organizing a march as part of the all-Russian campaign "He is not our king" on May 5. This is reported by "Idel. Realities".
Employees of the Yapeev police department drew up a protocol against Boyarshinov under part 8 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (repeated violation of the order of the event). According to the protocol, “at 3:50 pm, Boyarshinov called on those gathered to walk together towards the Kremlin along Bauman Street.”
Law enforcement officers noted that the activist called for participation in the action “He is not our king” on his page on the VKontakte social network.
Boyarshinov himself claims that he was not the organizer of the action. In addition, he believes that the procession did not violate the provisions of the federal law on rallies.
