Activists of the group wanted to hold an event on May 22 in the Internationalists Park and indicated this in the notice.

In their response, officials wrote that on that day the site was already occupied, since a “mass cultural event with the participation of Orthodox youth and parishioners of the Church of St. George the Victorious, dedicated to the transfer of the relics of the Wonderworker Nicholas,” had already been agreed upon there. The mayor's office proposed moving the meeting to Udelny Park.
