On February 1, the judge of the Presnensky district court of Moscow Tatyana Vasyuchenko sentenced the ex-governor of the Kirov region Nikita Belykh, who was accused of "receiving a bribe by an official." She briefly described the main arguments of the protection of the supposedly consistent transmission of the bribe of Zudheimer in May 2014 and June 26, 2016, when the whites were detained during the operational experiment. The protection of the White considers the experiment well -planned provocation by the FSB officer Denis Tarabakin and the Zudaimer came into contact with him.

“Based on the foregoing, the author of the complaint asks to pronounce a conviction,” Ryzhova agreed.

“The court applied a biased approach to evaluating evidence,” the defender noted, after which he voiced a number of defense arguments that Judge Vasyuchenko did not take into account during the judicial investigation.

The position of the court was built on the testimony of Zudheimer, but these testimonies are largely diverge from documentary evidence. So, according to the testimony of Zudheimer, at the meeting on March 5, 2014, Belykh announced the requirement of “remuneration for patronage” of the NLK investment project and repeated this requirement during a meeting in Bratislava in May of the same year. However, the decision to support NLK at the government level was adopted earlier, the defender emphasized, and in addition, any visits to the administration of the Kirov region were reflected in the electronic journal of accounting, and the surname of Zudheimer was not there.

About the meeting of the White and Zudheimer in May 2014, when the Belykh allegedly demanded two hundred thousand euros from the German businessman, the roar spoke unambiguously: the court again did not take into account all the circumstances of the case. Belya was looking for funding for the election campaign and charitable projects in Kirov, and the sponsorship of NLK were transferred to one of the charity funds and, therefore, have nothing to do with the bribe.

In his speech, the roar also drew attention to the interest of the key witnesses of the prosecution - Zudkhaimer, Tsukanov, Yakubuk, Kuznetsov - in the outcome of the case: criminal prosecution is underway against this group of witnesses. In addition, Zudheimer, according to protection, gave a bribe in the amount of ten million dollars for terminating his own criminal case. At the same time, after the white sentence, the criminal case was not received for giving a bribe against Zudheimer development.

“I have repeatedly claimed in court that neither“ NLK ”nor the“ leshoz ”was carried out,” said the convict. - Like other enterprises. All actions were carried out in favor of the region.

In her speech in the debate, the prosecutor Dyatlova dryly noted that the complaint of the defense was not subject to satisfaction, after which she listed a number of witnesses, whose testimony, according to the prosecution, confirms the conclusions of the court. At the same time, Belykh noted that among the listed were witnesses on the episode with Laritsky, according to which the ex-governor was justified.

After another break for medical procedures, the turn of the last word of the whites came.

“I congratulate all those present on Victory Day, on the holy holiday, which is especially revered in our family,” the whites began. - And it is surprising to observe how, after the victory over Nazi Germany, over absurdity and vileness, these absurdity and vileness continue to exist, including in this matter.

Belykh drew attention to the fact that out of 159 stated witnesses, the prosecution invited only 19 to court - this happened because the witnesses began to give other evidence than at the stage of the preliminary investigation, the White emphasized.

- I am ready to swear at the Bible, on the Constitution, on anything that in my activity I always defended the interests of the region, and not my own. <...> High -quality work in my post was a condition for the implementation of my ambitions on the development of the region, Belykh said.

In the end, the former governor quoted the poem, which was sent to him on the eve of the pre -trial detention center.

Verdict: The sentence of the Presnensky court in the main part was left unchanged. Only a strange ban on work in “positions in state and municipal educational institutions” for a period of 3 years was removed from the resolving part.

“Doctors did not exclude the likelihood of white diseases to death,” Grohotov told reporters. - We are unhappy with the verdict and are already preparing a cassation appeal.
