Police in Moscow detained a participant in the rally “For Free Internet”

In Moscow, participant Vladimir Komarnitsky was detained at the metal detectors before the rally “For a Free Internet”. Timofey, an acquaintance of the detainee, reported this.

According to the activist, at first they wanted to charge him with petty hooliganism (Article 20.1 of the Administrative Code), but later law enforcement officers received an order to hold him in the department for three hours and release him.
