The supporter of Navalny from Kostroma, Alexander Zykov, was today detained by the police immediately after he was released from a special reception, where he was serving 15 days of arrest. He wrote about this on his Facebook page.
Zykova was taken to the court, where, as it turned out, an appeal was to be considered a decision on his arrest for 15 days. The meeting was appointed precisely on the day of the release of the activist from the special receiver.
As a result, the meeting was postponed to May 18.
On May 1, Zykova was arrested for 15 days allegedly for non -fulfillment of administrative punishment (Article 20.25 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).
On his Facebook page, Zykov wrote that he was arrested before large political shares:
“It is worth considering how it is so miraculously coincide that I violate something only before important political events?
Before the presidential elections, I was imprisoned for non -payment of the payment paid, and I was released (the Gosdepov coincidence!) On March 19, immediately at the end of the elections. Also, I was planted for allegedly violations of the “rules for serving compulsory work”, and twice, for the same thing. In the first case, they gave me two days, I left them, and at the exit I was detained again, they took them to another judge and sent for the same thing for another 15 days. I managed to admit this decision illegal and I was freed ahead of schedule. But, here again the time of political events came - a rally at the administration of our city and I was behind bars again. As the classic said: "Coincidence? ..."
On April 13, the same judge had already awarded Zykov for 15 days of arrest - later the decision was canceled . This time, Zykov submitted to the court a certificate of temporary disability due to illness, because of which he cannot currently follow the punishment. However, the judge did not heed this certificate.
