The one that is poor, irresponsibly calls the Russians to unauthorized rallies and mercilessly exposes some crooks and thieves in his films. Good prefers to sit in large offices and write liberal economic programs. True, once he came to a sanctioned rally, even performed there, but he was staring around the scene with rude scene and did not speak anymore.

It is impossible to agree with anything bad. He with the same constancy scolds power and cracks the opposition. On the contrary, good is restrained, thoughtful, very friendly. However, once he loudly, in front of the television cameras quarreled with a man, with the president himself, but this was not a real president. With the present, a good is friends for many, many years, and he appreciates him very much.

Behind the non -systems are mainly young and naive citizens: students, schoolchildren, among them even primary school students. Some are ready to give life for him almost. Systemic is surrounded by solid, elegant, who lived the gentlemen. They will not give life for him. About bad specially trained people say that he is an agent of the State Department. It is customary to call a good reformer. The bad never held any government posts. The good mainly only occupied them, having once risen to the deputy prime minister.

Finally, with the name of the Subsistemnoye, his fans associate the "beautiful Russia of the future", which, being a born populist, lures the people. With the name of the system, serious gentlemen associate hopes for gradual democratic changes in the country. He will replace Medvedev, with whom he quarreled when he was the president, or will take an important post in the Kremlin administration - and life will work out. For the evolutionary path of development is the best for Russia, and literally everything converges with it. Including bad.

It is unclear, however, whether it should be considered solved by the problem of building democracy in our individual Putin’s Russian Federation. On the one hand, a rather large post in the state will soon take an undoubted liberal. On the other hand, the place that it will decorate by itself is much less significant in comparison with those that were dreamed of his adherents. Cautious, calculating, sophisticated in official games, the former Minister of Finance Kudrin will become the chief accountant of Russia, which is not bad from the point of view of purely professional, but from the political -not the god the news that.

Now, if the cruel Navalny had come to his place, then the crooks and thieves would not be greeted. And Kudrin is a humane person, because crooks and thieves can not be worried. There are few methods, yes, but everything is proven.

And it is not easy to understand, and the mood spoils from this. It is only clear that you can’t do without bad, but it is needed in the wild. Good is also necessary, but he went to the Accounts Chamber in vain. It turns out that both are not in business, which inspires different painful thoughts about the deadlines for building a democratic society in the Russian Federation. There is a suspicion that the deadlines are being postponed again, as long as two opposition Russia look at each other - one of the big cabinet, the other from the camera of the pre -trial detention center, and they do not get together.

One gets the impression that it is so conceived by the highest authorities in the Kremlin, which successfully divides the disagreements into good and bad, systemic and non -systemic ones, knowing exactly who has any like -minded people, goals, fears. Who does not know how to negotiate, who knows how. Who should repress, with whom to share power. And how to ensure that these people feel very lonely, very in demand, very confident in themselves and believed that they serve as democratic ideals.
