The story of farmer Peter Shumakov and his grandson Denis is a diagnosis of state power bodies

Whose "heredity"?

Soon, the blowjob two years since the “new” sent three editorial requests - to the General of the RF prosecutor Yu.Ya. Chaika, Head of the President of the Russian Federation for working with appeals of citizens and organizations M.G. Mikhailovsky and the head of the apparatus of the governor and the government of the Omsk region Yu.P. Karechin. The requests had the same question: on the basis of what medical documents the departments they head came to the conclusion that the grandson of the farmer from the village Patience Denis Shumakov suffers from “hereditary progressive degenerative disease”? All these authorities officially reported this diagnosis of P.F. Shumakov, not indicating the sources of their information: it remained unclear where he came from - in the history of Denis’s disease, this was not listed.

To this day, none of the addressees of the response to the request gave us.

With the same issue, and many others (in particular, the regional department of the FSB) was addressed by Peter Fedorovich himself - only two responded. Investigative Department of the TFR: “We inform you that the information about the disease Shumakova D.A. Reflected in a copy of the letter of the Presidential Directorate ... ”

The Minister of Health of the Omsk Region answered closer to the source: “The diagnosis is made as a result of an examination conducted by the regional children's clinical hospital” (CSTO). The farmer made a request to the CSTO. The answer was this: “The medical institution has no right to disclose medical secret”, this information can only be provided to the boy’s parents (and the farmer is just a grandfather). Then Denis’s father and mother turned to the hospital, and it turned out that his medical history was not there.

The Shumakovs have preserved all medical extracts for 7 years: there is no diagnosis cited by many times by officials and law enforcement agencies. If you compare the dates of quotes, then it is necessary to recognize it as an author. The first term - “hereditary progressive degenerative disease of the central and peripheral nervous system” was used in a letter to the farmer dated May 6, 2013, the head of the regional Ministry of Health Yevgeny Storozhenko. Six months later, the same phrase, meaning that Denis's disease is incurable, appeared in the response of the Office of the President of the Russian Federation, after which he was picked up by all local and federal bodies, where Peter Shumakov turned for help. And so far, the regional authorities insist on this diagnosis.

The stories of Denis and his grandfather Peter we devoted many publications. This is the history of the disease of our state, in which, it seems, healthy organs are no longer left. In the Shumakov’s house, she occupies a third of a large room-more than a hundred volumes, each weighing two or three kilograms. We will try to state it briefly.

Heavy metals

The trouble happened with Denis when he studied in the third grade. An alarming symptoms appeared in December 2006: it was difficult to write - the hand was quickly tired, and a month later she completely stopped obeying.

Denis's condition worsened. Without recognizing the reasons, the district and regional doctors “experimentally” prescribed medicines to the boy, which, as the examination in Germany showed 7 years later, were contraindicated to him. By June 2007, the whole body was numb.

For more than three years, Denis lay without movement: he could not say a word, he was not able to raise his hand, leg, and head.

Parents and grandfather carried him to clinics - Omsk, Novosibirsk, Moscow. There were many diagnoses (“hereditary”, “degenerative”, “progressive” among them), but not one brought closer to the nature of the disease. The first essence of the problem was the private clinic in the Kazakhstan Kokchetava: the molecular study carried out here found in the body of the teenager two heavy metal, as evidenced by the certificate signed by the neuropathologist of the highest category A.V. Rutz: "Development with a poisonous substance with the presence of heavy metals in the body of Thalium and Cuprum." As Denis Tali and Copper found themselves in the blood, it is still unknown.

Where did he come from?

Over the years of treatment in the Russian children's clinical hospital (RDKB), Denis was led out of immobility: he learned to sit, hold his head, move his hand, drive a computer mouse on the table - she allowed him to continue his studies at school. But that was all that Russian medicine was capable of in the case of it: it was impossible to move on without a diagnosis.

The certificate issued in 2013 by the regional children's clinical hospital said: “The diagnosis has not been established. Diagnostic capabilities in Omsk are used completely. ” They were exhausted in Moscow. The consultation from professors and associate professors, collected by the Rainbow charitable center, recommended continuing Denis’s treatment in Germany - in the university clinic of Freiburg. The Shumakov family turned to the regional Ministry of Health with a request to allocate funds for a trip to Germany. And then a diagnosis appeared that none of the doctors Denis made. And instantly there were money in the budget to send it not to where the professors advised, but again to the RDKB, but not to the neurological department, where he was treated for 6 years, but to genetic.

“Usually, when you ask, they don’t have money,” says Pyotr Fedorovich, “and then they found a van and everything was issued in the same day.” And the amount is rather big: the road to both ends, the course of treatment is 20 days, all this costs three thousand, no less. I did not understand at first: we come to Moscow with my grandson, we come to the hospital, they say: go to the “genetics”. Why? The letter came to the RDKB from the Presidential Directorate that Denis had a “hereditary degenerative disease”, where this diagnosis was recognized there, is not explained. I say: "I need to consult with our doctor." We go to Savvin Dmitry Anatolyevich, he is a neurologist of the highest category. No, he says, you don’t have to go to go there: probably, someone does not want you to be treated in Germany. The next day, Denis and I went back to Omsk.

Peter and Denis Shumakov came to the German clinic with the help of new readers. On April 24, 2014, a charity account was published in the newspaper. And on the same day (!) Blocked by the district department of the bailiff service (UFSSP) - from the money collected by good people, 15 thousand rubles were recovered supposedly for the debts of the farmer to the tax authorities.

Exit into space

In the clinic of Freiburg, the diagnosis was finally made (following the clinic of Kokchetav)-“toxic-metabolic damage to the central nervous system”.

Therefore, there is no heredity, and the disease is quite cured, and it is treated with modern methods, in particular, kinesiotherapy.

One of the leading experts in this area, a professor from Kazan Valid Isanov and her colleagues from Omsk developed for Denis on the basis of the results of an examination in Germany, an individual rehabilitation program. It is designed for three years - 36 courses.

More than half Denis has already passed. Now he moves his hands freely, squeezes a 10-kilogram weight more than once, gets up from the stroller, passes more than a hundred steps without support, for hours, without tired, stands on the verticalizer, leads all types of transport that is in their economy-a car, a tractor, a bicycle, a motorcycle. He graduated from the school for 4 and 5, entered the budgetary department of one of the most prestigious faculties - information technology of the OMSTU, without a single three he passed the first session ...

Before starting, the rehabilitation of Valid Isanov told Peter Shumakov: “Your Denis is one of those guys with whom you can fly into space. I’m sure everything will work out. ” And so far it turns out.

Rehabilitation courses are expensive - each on average 150 thousand rubles. Everyone is paid by caring citizens, including our readers. The state authority did not allocate a ruble - they do not like this program, they insist that Denis's disease is incurable, repeating as the mantra they “diagnosed” - “hereditary, degenerative, progressive ...”.

But Denis recovers to all the authorities.
