Mikhail Tsakunov was detained in St. Petersburg during the campaign on May 5 "He is not a king." What was the detention, and what happened to those who were nearby?

-Michael with his girlfriend Anastasia and his friend-teazka walked around the city. Approaching the place where the rally took place, they saw at the wipers a large blew yellow duck, which they went to throw away. The guys asked to give her, just hold it. Three riot police saw them, ran, threw them to the ground, fell on Mikhail from above. Well, how can a tooth knock out in this situation? Maybe the second police officer accidentally fell.

A friend of Michael, like Mikhail himself, was given an administrative violation and a fine. Anastasia was brought to the police department, and from there the ambulance was taken to the hospital, and she did not even have a passport with him, he was lying in Misha's bag. The girl has pneumonia, it is useful for her to walk on warm days, at the same time they wanted to see preparations for the Victory Parade. How difficult is the process to?

- Very difficult due to the fact that it is political. The state, in the person of its punishing bodies, is interested in putting the case as a edification to future participants in inconsistent shares. Did Mikhail really take part in the rally “He is not a king for us”?

- No. We even asked the investigator to find videos from cameras on the streets: if there are one, then they will clearly be seen that Misha and the girl were at the site of the action for about five minutes.

Do the police have their own cameras at rallies, did they contact them?

- Even at the meeting, where Misha was accused of participating in an unauthorized rally and sentenced to a fine of 10 thousand rubles, these personnel were introduced. Within an hour, the participants in the process had to watch the videos that were shot by law enforcement officers, none of them had either Michael or the yellow duck. All the accusation was built on the testimonies of the police, one of whom stood with Megafon and called on the audience to disperse, and accordingly, he simply could not see him, as well as two riot police who conducted the detention.

Why such a harsh measure of restraint?

- We ourselves cannot understand, of course, we will appeal it and ask for house arrest. The crime is serious, but Michael does not pose a danger to society, he cannot escape from the country with all his desire, he does not have a passport.

And what about Michael's interrogations?

-The investigator, who was instructed to conduct this case, is very strange to Mikhail, for some reason she believes that he is already guilty in everything that he is a criminal, although she did not say this, but all her appearance hints at it. Including she asks: “Would you like to admit? We will let you out tomorrow then. ” This is an element of psychological pressure. Naturally, if he takes on such a sin, then no one will release it.

What are the chances that Mikhail will be transferred under house arrest?

- There are chances, the process is socially significant, actual circumstances that would say that Mikhail should be detained.

Are the girl let him go to him?

- No. Since she is not a relative to him, that is, not a wife, she is not allowed.

How are parents?

- They are in shock, trying to realize the current situation. The son is supported, they are absolutely convinced of his innocence. So far they are in Shadrinsk (Kurgan region- OTD-info ).

Why did some journalists expel from the court session, where the preventive measure was considered?

- I petitioned for the presence of the press. Judge Vasyukov showed the fundamentalness incomprehensible to me, he kicked some journalists, referring to the fact that there was no place in the hall, although the benches were free. In total, he made seven people on our part, including friends and relatives.

What are your thoughts about the possibility of a conviction?

- And we do not count on him. Such a sentence is possible if there is an event of a crime. In this case, he is not. Mikhail did not touch the policeman, all the more he did not inflict an accented blow to the face, we are one hundred percent convinced of this.

What do you know about Sukharukov’s interrogation?

- We know that he was already interrogated, they took evidence from him. He will certainly appear in court, moreover, I will petition to be conducted in a confrontation.

How long can the process last?

- Now it’s hard to say, it all depends on the number of examinations and their complexity. One examination can be done for several months.

Will Mikhail spend all this time in jail?

- If the investigation will petition for extending a preventive measure in the form of a detention, and the court will satisfy, then yes.

What is now with Anastasia, a girl of Mikhail, how does she cope?

- She is sick with pneumonia, she had to leave work, recently Mikhail brought money. Now on antibiotics, he is treated, recovered. She suffers very much, at a meeting barely holding back her tears. I’m asking her to talk without emotions about specific things, it is given to her with difficulty. It’s good that there are friends who support her, friends from work, Misha's friends. It helps her, she does not lose heart.

And what about the wedding that they planned?

- Now Anastasia is collecting all the necessary information on the conduct of such an event. As soon as she collects her, they will immediately write a statement addressed to the investigator, since only she can allow them to sign at this stage of the case. If suddenly the investigator refuses, then we will immediately appeal this decision.

For what reasons can she give a refusal?

- Honestly, I do not see such reasons. This, by the way, is also an element of psychological pressure. The guys love each other very much, and such a refusal will become morally discouraging an event for Misha.

How does the investigation interpret the behavior of Tsakunov?

-He did not just hit the policeman, somewhere in a drunk bar, and he allegedly took part in an inconsistent rally, that is, a doubly dangerous subject. According to the investigation, this is his active position. That is, Mikhail arranged a mini-bunt against the state, expressed in violence against a police officer. The second part of the 318th article of the Criminal Code provides for a punishment of imprisonment for up to 10 years, but there is almost no chance of a deadline.
