An activist from Navalny’s headquarters in Tyumen was brought a protocol for the action “He is not our king” to work

In Tyumen, the police came to work to the activist of Navalny's headquarters, Mstislav Pismenkov, and handed him a protocol for the action "He is not our tsar." He reported this to the OVD-Info hotline.

According to him, on the day of the action, an employee of Navalny's headquarters said that everyone who wants to make a speech should sign up through Pismenkov. This was recorded by the police. The activist was charged with repeated violation of the procedure for holding the action (part 8 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).

At first, the police wanted to take the volunteer to the police department before the trial, but did not do so. In addition, his passport was taken from him, but then returned.

UPD May 16 According to Open Russia lawyer Mikhail Uvarov, a total of 6 protocols were drawn up in Tyumen for the May 5 rally. The protocols are drawn up according to Part 8 of Art. 20.2 and according to part 5 of Art. 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (violation of the rules for holding a public event). One of the activists, the police have not yet had time to hand over the protocol.

Mstislav Pismenkov is due in court tomorrow.
